Marick Beach Resort — Hotel in Cebu

We stayed last month ausgust 2022..we got 3 rooms.. We arrive smooth the Place was good ,as we arrive got into our room,sad to say 1 of the 3 rooms we booked is not that good .. the shower was not working😬 toilette was not working too..thanks to my husband He Do repaired the not working Things in room😬😱🤨so here we go..we stayed there because all are in Funktion..🤣 next day 7 oclock in the morning someone knocking on our door just to bring our breakfast ( nobodys tellingus before we check in so that we got inform) 🙈🤣! I mean ,they must be kidding..we didnt order the breakfast on that 7 oclock in the morning we are on holiday want to sleep long..but what they they do? Weaking us up just to eat thier pilipino breakfast??? Me and my husband and my little child was surprice 🙈😬😱😱 and thats a No go for US in this resort 🙈 All we can say, go thier for day time for Swimming with familys or Party is ok ☝️👍 but to stay there no Go👎.. 2nd day of stay we said to the girl who bought breakfast early in the morning that she dont need to bring the breakfast, we come to thier Restaurants and eat our breakfast there..and yes next day thank god nobody disturb US early in the morning..we went to the Restaurant and want to get our breakfast..we need Coffee for breakfast and thats normal..but sad to say thier is no Service at all..we ask for a Coffee,and what they said to us..we need to go back to our room and get the powder Coffee and make our own Coffee in the Restaurant!! Wtf🙈😱😬🤣🤣 we beed a glass ,the girl saud the glass is over there 🤣 get it haha what is that for a service!! ( self service)!!!🤣 we just laugh and say never again in this resort

Thier is no Service at all..🤣🤣 As we check out here is the funny Thing.. Come the Bills 😱🙈 Food we ate ✅️ ++ Service Charge 🤣ha ha 🙈😱🤣🤣 Service? For what ? We repair the shower and toilett 🚽 and we must pay the Service charge for havibg a self service? 🤣 We dont want troubles its only money so we pay and laugh🤣 ..but they never seen us any more..🤣🤣😱🙈🙈🙈 no never again🤣🤣 Still thankful to see this Place🙈🤩 But never...

We booked for a Deluxe Room no. 4. For this accomodation they could provide a queen size bed or 2 single bed. I requested for a queen bed and it was a wish granted!! I am really greatfull :) (Just contact them ahead so they could arrange it) The room was clean and it smells really good. We had an eight yr old child. It is was okay with them ;). But if you will request for an extra bed then that is the time thet would charge extra.

They provided 1 tissue, 2 sachet shampoo conditioner, and 2 small soap. No toothbrush and No toothpase. The mirror inside the room starts to peel but still can be used. The flow of water around 4pm was low to no water, though it resumed later in the evening until the next day.

The outlet below the TV was uncovered and the wires can be seen.

There was no rag at the front door. I ask for it since from the pool /beach surely you will be wet. And shortly after, the staff deliver it to our room.

Your kids are safe. They won't allow the kids to swim on the 5 ft deep specially with no companion. The staffs are accomodating :)

BEACH It is clean. The only downside is that it is not white sand.

FOOD You have to order before 6-7pm because their restaurant will close 6-7pm. In the morning it will open at 8am. We had a free breakfast good for two. The food...

I am just replying to a certain JAKE that gave us 1/5. Low rating since he was annoyed that I told him off for leaving the resort furnitures outside the resort by the sea. Earlier on I spotted that there were tables and chairs taken down the shoreline and I taught to myself Ok its fine so long as they will bring it back inside the resort. It was already dark and I went to check if there were still there, but found out that they already came inside and not bringing back the furnitures. The tide was already rising and if not taken, the waves would have picked up the furnitures unnoticed by the resort staff. Being the owner of the resort it is a natural instinct to protect your property.So I immediately look for the group and politely ask them if they were finish and have instructed my staff to pick up the furnitures. I found the guys showering in the ladies showers so I told them they were using the ladies shower room and that they should go to the Man's Shower rooms. This male group did not like being told. Being an owner, I do respect my guest as I want them to come back. Hospitality is my main object. I have lot of appreciations from guest on how I treat them like a family and you can see on some of the comments. I do apologise for taking it the wrong way. ...
