The MC Beach House — Hotel in Cebu

The place is not that bad, but the pillows are not comfy, plus they don't provide towels when, in fact, they should since they have a pool and beach that could offer it should be hand in hand. The Wi-Fi is too slow; I know it is a rest day, but some people need to check their work email every now and then. We did not enjoy the beach since it's very murky, and the road on the way to the beach house is so rocky and muddy when it rains. It needs improvement since it's a secluded area. The worst part of staying here is the owner's attitude; the customer service could be better. And the 50 pesos transfer fee… like really? We did not even ask for a transfer fee when we paid why tf would she...

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at MC Beach House. The customer service was frustratingly poor; the staff were unhelpful and failed to clearly communicate their rules. The property was far from what I had hoped for—the beach was dull, and the amenities were inadequate, thus the property fell well short of my expectations. To make matters worse, the bed and pillows were painfully hard, causing significant back discomfort. The presence of animals on the property was particularly unsettling, as they even climbed onto the dining table/chairs and etc, making the experience quite unhygienic. Our experience was far from satisfactory. The pillows provided were incredibly hard, making it difficult for everyone to get a good night's sleep. The wifi was slow and can’t reach the 3rd room. Additionally, the area was filled with stray dogs and cats, which left us feeling uneasy especially since we had a toddler. Although the helper assigned there was welcoming, the owner was not friendly in terms of communications and very poor costumer service.
