Utterly Shameful Experience. Filthy, Falling Apart, and Abysmal Service This resort is an absolute embarrassment—the worst dump I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying at. The place is a disgrace, with our room looking like it hasn’t been touched in decades—run-down, moldy, and crawling with ants, including one brazenly parading across the pillow. The pool? A murky cesspool that should be condemned, leaving us horrified to even dip a toe in. The staff? Incompetent and downright humiliating. We arrived late and politely requested a 20-minute checkout extension, only to be met with a sneer and a threat of a P300 fine at 12:00 PM. As someone in hospitality myself, I’ve never seen such a pathetic display of rigidity and lack of basic human decency—it’s laughable how poorly they represent the industry. Check-in was a chaotic joke—no guidance, no maps, just us wandering like fools with tired kids, trying to locate our room miles from the reception. And the breakfast? A humiliating travesty—watery, slimy eggs and pancakes so hard they could double as doorstops. It’s no surprise this sad excuse for a resort is a ghost town. We stayed here to attend a wedding. Not expecting much of the place as we are only staying for two nights. But if you have other options, and staying for longer- would suggest a different place.

The pictures online are nice, but its very different in person. You can see that the place is very dated and in need of major repairs and renovations.

I think they cater mostly weddings and events now which explains that majority of the resort is now left to age.

Pros-

Each rooms has their own parking space in front of the room. Location is good- near the beach

A good events place and prep area for weddings.

Cons- Place is very old. Majority of the waterpark is closed.

They charge an extra fee for the waterpark although you are checked in (for extra guest)

The room is big with twin queen configuration, but can only accommodate two pax, they will charge extra.

You cannot do an early checkin even if the room is available already. You will be charged per hour.

The room is very dusty, old, and the bathroom is quite dirty and smelly.

Prepare for a lot of bed bugs!! We hardly slept at night because of scratching the itch.

Mosquitoes inside the room so be prepared to bring mosquito repellents.

I searched this resort on google, their page replied immediately when I inquired. When I made reservation, no booking fee required. It's very easy to make reservation. LeisureCoast is along the highway so it's easy to find, the resort has very wide parking areas. I paid for one night for 3 pax, staff asked for deposit of 2,000 incase of damages upon check-out, if none it will be return in full. Its peaceful and greenery. really quite. you can park outside your door so you do not have to worry bringing heavy stuffs. i paid for deluxe room to avail free entrance to the resort's waterpark. the room was spacious, has two beds, cabinets, tables (but no electric kettle) television (full channel, so I was able to watched my favorite HGTV), mini-ref (however, you have to unplug the television to plug-in the mini-ref), the CR has shower and bath tub but there was no option for hot and cold 😅😅... the pools in the waterpark were huge.. there are gigantic slides but not usable and big slides for kid also but not usable during our stay (october 2025) hope they will fix slides, sayang.. affordable food menu also. free two breakfast was included in our amenities overall, we had...
