We rented a room for $100 per night. For this money we got: a dirty room; an old refrigerator with rust inside; broken sockets; we had a bath, but it was dirty and there was no hot water (we found out about this only when there was no staff left in the resort, only a security guard). Overall, it seemed like we spent the night in a cheap abandoned place. It's a shame about the money spent, I was surprised that this is a branch of the Bravo Hotel. But the staff was friendly.

We enjoyed our short overnight stay at this resort. The room and bathroom were very spacious, and the food was delicious. I was quite surprised with the salt water pool! đŸ„° I also love that the wifi is limited by rooms/areas. In our case. We shared wifi with another room, so the speed was fast - perfect for streaming. The staff were very helpful, and friendly.

One of the best resorts in negros oriental. Magnificent view and delicious food. the pool is only 5 ft deep, so advantage for those who dont know how to swim like me. The large is pool is a sea - water and two mini pools just below the Main pool.

Good: |Spacious, dry, clean and modern rooms. All expected toiletries, comfortable beds, New modern air-con, high quality fresh towels|Gorgeous, immaculate and well attended garden, pools, fish ponds and restaurant.|Good food, friendly chef and team|Attentive staff: cleaners, receptionist, waiters, gardeners, handymen, guards
|Can arrange tours, book all sorts of tickets on demand.||Need to improve:|Only brewed coffee - invest in a coffee machine.|More shade around the pool + more deck chairs|Beverages overpriced compared with next door hotels - Saint Miguel Pilsner 100, compare to next door 70 (standard price)|No pool towels and poor service around the pool (no one would come over to ask you if you need anything) no tables for drinks of finger food either.||Not good enough:|10 minutes walk from main road, access via dirt road with no lights, no sign from main road to indicate the resort (see photos).|No shuttle service - which is the must for this resort (2 returns a day for guests at set times to Dauin or Duguamete) but a driver is available|Wifi, only works in the restaurant - doesn't work in the rooms, by the pool...|Last order for dinner at 7pm|Very remote - guests feel quite isolated without own transportation||This branch of  Bravo Resorts doesn't match the expectations of a real resort.|There is nothing to do onsite (day or night)  apart from using the pool. During the 4 days we were there, the site was empty (rather dead to be precise - only another couple was present out of 14 rooms) after 7:30 pm when all the staff had gone, apart from the security guard. The place gets extremely crowded at lunch time -weekends are worse- with locals or expats using the facilities for the afternoon. Because the pool is the only facility, we ended up slaloming between swimmers and selfie takers to the sound of a karaoke microphone. One day there were over 30 visiting guests using the pool versus 6 hotel guests (!) and with only four sunbeds there (!!!!). It seems that the owners offer a meal-swimming pool deal for visiting guests. Hence the crowd from 10 am to 4 pm. Be prepared. ||In conclusion, this place does deserve hotel guests to give this hotel and its staff the life it deserves. The staff are very friendly and professional and the rooms are great. ||If the owners really cared about their overnight guests, they would make tiny efforts and easily turn their place into a great hotel. The place is great for a day and a private hire of the facilities (lunch and pool) or a quiet night. ||It is also worth mentioning that the hotel was victim of a bad rep for its food. Either it was malicious, or bad luck or the chef has changed but the food was fine during our stay. Actually the visiting guests are coming for that food too! So really that shouldn’t...

It's definitely a "small paradise" on the coast of the island. When we arrived at the hotel, our first impression was wow! Exotic and lush green gardens everywhere! So relaxing and peaceful environment after a long ride outside of the hotel. The staff were smiling, friendly, helpful and kind. They helped us in our needs and inquiries. In fact, they gave us a ride when we checked out. The breakfast was ok. A typical Filipino dish. It would be nice to upgrade it and add more variations. The price we paid was adequate for the services we obtained. Our room has a pool and beach access with a stunning view of the sunset. We have enjoyed our stay specially at the pool. With its sea water and infinite pool perfect for picture taking. The room was ok with basic amenities, spotless clean and functional. A bit far from the city but with public transportation it's ok. The only concerns we have are there are no lights on the street when you arrive at night and the road was rocky. They told us it wasn't the hotel's fault because it's not their property, the sink in the toilet was clogged. The water has difficulty to flow. The water on the floor stayed in the middle and doesn't flow in the hole. The shower was clogged too. The rust blocked the small holes of the shower. We found some insects in the toilet but it was ok. The hotel has a potential but they need to upgrade the rooms, toilets and its furnishings. We will definitely come...

Loved the landscape, the beautiful spacious rooms with hot shower. Outside is a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The hot spring fed jacuzzi is a must try but wait for them to clean it first. Normal water should be clear, not yellow. If you cant see the floor, enter at your own risk since the water may not have been changed yet. The Staff were pretty nice and professional. Very accommodating. ||||I love food. But food was disappointingly dreadful at this place. Absolutely terrible. I wish I could say it was to-die-for but I can honestly say you-can-die-from-it. I was waiting for a comeback but it got worse. Bland fish. Unappealing pig dish (i normally refer to as pork but it looked raw enough that it just might still have a heartbeat -- blanched meat with floating curdled white stuff). Dry bland pasta. Dry bland , hard-to-cut, hard-to-chew steak. Complete waste of meat, pasta, and money (total rip-off). I'm not a chef but I can cook a tastier meal. Meals I experienced was a fusion of Italian and Cannibalism. Management awe to do some serious quality control in the...
