Unfortunately Not Much Competition in Digos This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. We expected better from the new room in the extension. However the room we had looked very old and worn already. Unfortunately the place is not being managed that well and is deteriorating faster than it should. Bad smells from drainage when using the shower. Black water came out of the taps and shower for 1 day, the rest of the time it had a yellow tinge. There are no 'Make Up Room / 'Do Not Disturb doors signs, so you have to ask at reception for your room to be cleaned, otherwise it will not be done. No phone or Wi-Fi in the rooms (WiFi only exists restaurant and lobby areas, but it is free). No water in the room, only communal drinking water is available in the lobby. Key card access has been implemented, but not used, so you get an old school key. Timings for breakfast are very short. Breakfast menu limited. Staff lack training and basic customer service skills. Now has a lift, but you are asked not to use it to save electricity...

Peaceful though experiences here were scary due to aftershocks every night or dawn...a bit noisy outside since near road access yet..accessable to commuting, near church, malls and market. but as you sleep it can make u sleep soundly..the food is okey..free breakfast with five choices to choose from..single rate staarts at 600 pluss...for deluxe room...ok for budget holders...clean though u caan see that this building had been here for a long time but they are maintening it then...

This hotel is very accessible since it's beside the highway of Digos City. It has enough parking at the back of the hotel, it has an elevator and it's well maintained. The free breakfast it sumptuous. I really like the baconsilog. The rooms are tidy as well. It needs renovation in a few years time to accommodate more picky guest, but for now it's still the best around this area.

Stayed here few times already. Our go to place whenever we need a place to crash when traveling south. This review is for the old wing of the hotel. Their room rate is 890 pesos as of May 2022. They have a new building with different rates.

For those who's thinking of staying here please lower your expectations.

The rooms are a old but clean and spacious. - Not all rooms have working hot and cold shower (we know so as we always stay here). - The TV is working fine tho and they have wi-fi but only available in the lobby. They also have elevator in case you're too lazy to use the stairs. They have restaurant on the ground floor that serves good food, the price is okay. If you don't have your own vehicle then this place is not really for you as it's not that close to the city center, you may need to walk few minutes or ride a tricycle. Fast check in but make sure you check out on time as they charge 100 pesos for every excess hr. They have room service as well but you may need to go down in case you needed something.

There's always pros and cons! We still have pleasant stay tho. Not perfect but it's convenient for us.
