Extremely frustrating to deal with them. Their customer service was terrible, it took several follow ups to get them to respond telling me they would respond after 48 hours. After 48 hours they ghosted me. I lost my stay dates as a result. Based on the other reviews on Tripadvisor, this sort of customer service extends to the actual stay as well.
I tried to reserve the entire villa and asked for some basic information that most hosts (not even hotels/resorts) should have readily available (if they have any package rates, what tours and amenities they have available, etc.).
I followed up the first time and they responded after a day after several followups, answering generally they don't have any discounted rates as they offer a high level of customer service, a beautiful location, and a highly customized stay (which is fair).
I then asked what sorts of tours and amenities they had as well as just basic information on inclusions and pricing to better understand if the stay truly would be worth it (asking for near-Aman level pricing should entail near-Aman level service). They replied at the end of the day after numerous follow-ups saying they would respond within 48 hours. I gave them the benefit of doubt and waited 48 hours. They didn't respond. I followed up again. They ghosted me. This caused me to lose my stay (someone else booked my dates that I thought had been reserved for me) and I had to find alternative accommodations.

Would not recommend. Spare yourself the headache and book at another place. You'll find a much better standard of service and similar if not better amenities. Much easier to deal with other places to stay in the area (Nay Palad, Mango Tree, even Airbnbs were much easier to deal with).
