Hidden Oasis Resort — Hotel in Gingoog

This is by far the best hotel in Gingoog City. It’s new, it’s clean, and it has a warm homey vibe. Stayed here for a business trip. The rooms are HUGE. The bed is very comfortable. The comfort room is clean and spacious.

Location: I’m not really from Gingoog City but from what I can say, it’s not located at the town center. It’s near a school. But no restaurant is walkable. However, the good thing about this place is it has its own restaurant and cafe. You can also easily get a trike.

Place/Ambiance: it gives off a warm homey vibe that I like. More like modern cottage-core.

Price: the price is reasonable.

Food: the food is also satisfactory. They serve breakfast as well and it’s good. I love their sikwate. They have a good selection of coffee in their cafe (I hope they offer lactose-free milk options hehe). Their food is also delicious.

Service: hats off to the staff and the owner of the hotel. They are very accommodating and friendly. The security is available 24/7. I feel very safe staying here.

First of all, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile — truly top-notch hospitality. The rooms are modern, well-kept, and spacious, with a large flat-screen TV and a comfortable setup that exceeded my expectations for this price range. The food was tasty, and the coffee bar was a nice surprise — offering great drinks at very affordable prices. It's a perfect spot to relax in the morning or afternoon. For the price they offer, I can honestly give this place a 4.5 out of 5 rating for this price. It’s excellent value for money. The only downsides for me were the location, which is a bit off the main center, and the sound insulation between rooms — you can hear footsteps on the stairs and some noise from neighboring units. Pet Friendly Aesthetic and quiet spacious place for dine Coffee is 8/10 Affordable, and serving size is fine

Needs to be improved: Customer Service (Your Cashier/Attendant needs to be trained well on how to welcome and accommodate customers. They’re the first person your customer encounters. No matter how good your place and food is, if your customer service is bad don’t expect customers to come back). Improve your dish even if you have to increase the price. The food you serve doesn’t feel like it matches to your place’s aesthetic. Like change your toasted loaf bread to sour dough or baguette. Serve laminated pastries instead of pastries from S&R - source out from good and quality vendors if you can’t bake.
