Klir Waterpark Resort and Hotel — Hotel in Guiguinto

The staff are very very helpful and friendly, thumb ups..!! . The room and bathroom are okay. We didn't try the pool coz it has been raining non stop.|The bad thing is you need to have your own car to get there or get a tour package. The place is more like a retreat centre or for a company team building. Taxi or Grab from the airport won't get you there. I hired a private cab from the airport and paid double the price which is p2600. There are also no Grab or taxi servicing the area. You need to ride a tri-cycle to get around and the traffic is bad plus non stop raining. Going back to Manila, you need to catch a bus at the transport terminal. The resort don't provide airport transfer as published on its website. At the resort, the is no cafeteria or restaurant. But you can order delivery from either KFC, Chow King or Jollibee, subject to availability. They is a small convinient shop at the resort. I noticed for 2 nights a group of teenage Koreans eating instant noodles. If you get what I mean. Breakfast delivered every morning to the room was cold and so so. Overall, is was a good experience. Nice place if you want to relax with the family. But a very boring place. Grilling stations are very far from tne cottages. You have to walk under the heat carrying your food to be grilled and utensils. They wont even allow you to bring in knives or other chopping items. Smoking and vaping is prohibited. And the most important of all if people want to relax and enjoy, liquors and alcoholic beverages, all are prohibited! And obe thing more to add up to your boringness, you're not allowed to bring your own speakers or sound systems. You have to listen to the nonsense choice of songs of the lifeguards the whole day😂.. when the clock strikes 4, the attendants will be roaming around to tell you to pack your things and get ready to leave. And another thing, you'll be asked to sign waivers upon payment at the entrance that you will be fined if caught violating their rules and regulations. So if you want a boring family outing, you should definitely choose KLiR waterpark. They will guarantee you water and bubbles, but minus the wave, the fun and enjoyment that you will have on other resorts. Just stating...

They denied us access to the videoke machine before our party started and was not allowed to use it after because it was too late. We paid for 100 pax even if we were only 50 because this was part of the package. The photo booth had a 2 minute wait between takes and we sometimes have to wait after some KLIR staff took their photos. Ridiculous! Then we were told the wavepool starts at 8am but it was not turned on because they were waiting for more people. How insane! Am I expected to coordinate my swim time with all guests of the park? If that's not bad enough, the water was stagnant so there was lots and lots of mosquitos around the drain that doesn't really drain. It's a pity they were not generous with amenities and cleanliness was wanting because the staff are really kind and helpful but the rules of the park kept changing as the day drew on, expectations set during negotiations are different from...
