I reviewed this place a few years ago and rated it 1 star. A new friendly and attentive staff has raised my rating. Improvements on the grounds also. My son enjoyed the swings and slide and they have an excellent pool. Lost a point for a very rocky beach front. Not a good place for swimming in the ocean. Especially with children. The beach is not that clean. Staffs are nice. We had miscommunication with the book schedule and only one small hut avail when we arrived which we dont fit, but they resolved it immediately by giving us one villa the moment it was available and let us paid the same amount of the supposed villa we booked. I used to really love going to Paradiso but in my last experience, the pool was so dirty, the filter wasn't turned on, there was no running water in the bathroom and there were worms in the toilet.
