Worst customer service experience. We were told the room was on the 5th floor, and we agreed—unaware that the elevator was under maintenance. My wife is pregnant, so using the stairs was not an option for us.
When we asked for a refund due to this issue, the receptionist refused and claimed she couldn’t cancel because of their system limitations. That’s not our fault—it’s their responsibility to inform guests about important details like an out-of-service elevator before confirming the booking.
