Green Mountain Resort — Hotel in Ivisan

me and my 2daugthers stayed there last July 27th to 29th and we occupied room 213.|| ambience is very good, the staff is ok, breakfast is ok, the room is small but ok for short period of stay.||sad to say but i am very disappointed in terms of cleanliness. | 1) the bathroom/ toilet is spacious but very dirty.| 2) toilet flush was not working.| they provided bucket but very dirty.|3) sink was very dirty , have faucet but not working.|it was disgusting because we cannot use the sink to brush teeth or...

Everything here is terrible. The dorm room is too far from the pool. The water in the pool feels like it wasnt cleaned/changed. The dorm room's blankets and pillows left me some bite marks from the dust mites. The corkage was too expensive (which should be advised when we called before we made any reservation). And this is the only resort / hotel where you need to pay for the pool even when you already paid for the accommodation!||||We will never go...

Rooms are very spacious, comfortable with lots of light and air conditioning - television in rooms, the staff were very accommodating while enjoying the Buffet lunch and big swimming pool - beautiful countryside and amazing facilities...
