My partner and I recently had the opportunity to stay at Lakescape Domes, and we were absolutely ecstatic about the unique experience it offered. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something truly special.
First and foremost, the location of Lakescape Domes is simply breathtaking. Nestled amidst serene natural beauty, the domes overlook a picturesque Laguna de Bay lake surrounded by lush greenery. The tranquil ambiance instantly transported us to a world of serenity and relaxation, making it the perfect romantic getaway for couples.
The domes themselves are nothing short of architectural marvels. With their innovative and modern design, they seamlessly blend into the surrounding landscape while offering a cozy and comfortable interior. The large panoramic windows allowed us to immerse ourselves in nature, providing breathtaking views of the starry night sky and the mesmerizing sunrise over the lake. It was like sleeping under a blanket of stars each night.
The attention to detail in the domes was evident in every aspect. The furnishings were stylish and luxurious, ensuring our utmost comfort throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed waking up each morning to the gentle rays of sunlight filtering through the dome. The ensuite bathroom was well-appointed and impeccably clean, with all the necessary amenities readily available.
The service at Lakescape Domes was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing helpful for activities and dining arrangements, their attention to detail and personalized service truly enhanced our experience.
One of the highlights of our stay was the private outdoor hot dipping pool. Nestled on the deck just outside our dome, it provided a blissful retreat where we could unwind and soak in the breathtaking surroundings. There's nothing quite like immersing yourself in warm water while gazing at the serene lake and listening to the sounds of nature.
Overall, our experience at Lakescape Domes was beyond our wildest expectations. The unique concept, the stunning location, the exceptional service, and the amenities all contributed to creating an unforgettable and enchanting escape for us as a couple. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway that combines luxury, nature, and romance, Lakescape Domes is the perfect destination. We cannot recommend it highly enough and cannot wait to return for another...
Read moreWe booked an ac dome tent for 1 night good for 6 persons via airbnb. When we get to the place we were told there is no available dome for us because they overbooked. Very disappointing because on our way we were just talking with the owner but we were not advised of the situation. They offered us two choices; 1. Instead of a dome tent they are giving us their fan room/kubo then we can extend for another night in their dome for free, 2. they will book us an ac room in a public resort nearby. We took the 1st option, so we stayed in their kubo. On the following day, we went out for lunch and when we got back to transfer to the dome tent, we learned that they have the same issue of overbooking their dome again. The suggestion of the owner was for us to stay in their kubo again since we already stayed there in our first night. The owner is very inconsiderate and did not even attempt to talk to us and apologize for all the inconvenience. We did not agree so we transferred to the dome which is not enjoyable anyway because its super hot inside the tent, the ac unit is very small to make the big tent comfortable. The temperature only improved midnight and until early morning, but as soon as the sun rises its already warm again so we decided to check out as soon as we woke up. Food is very expensive (1 stick of chicken bbq with two small pieces costs P300), hence we went out for lunch and ordered take out for dinner. Service is always delayed because there are only few staffs working all-around. They are not properly trained and seemed to be confused with a lot of things from reservation, menu and prices. They are very nice though and tried to accommodate us as much as they can. The place has a nice view of the lake but there is really nothing much to do aside from the small dip pool. Personally I would not recommend the place unless their services improve which is really up to the...
Read moreOVERALL EXPERIENCE I really wanted to like this place, but it is not as advertised. If you are expecting a luxurious stay, this is not the place for you (even though that's something they say in their IG account). The whole experience is rustic, except for the AC in the tents. Which is fine, if that's how it was advertised but it's not. The photos did not reflect reality.
THE VIEW Also, the view is only worth it if you get the upper tents, the lower ones do not have a view, you will only see the fence.
THE PERKS OF THE PLACE The hot springs are more like hot pools, where they get the hot water source piped into a pool. The water isn't clear... it's murky brown and honestly, I couldn't get myself to relax in there even though they said that's normal due to some mineral deposits.
Restroom was clean at least. You can get your own per tent, albeit outside.
THE FOOD The food... dinner was good, but the complimentary breakfast felt like a tokenistic way of saying they offer food. I had lumpia and it was not the normal size ones, it was like.. cheese sticks. I'm very disappointed. You will have to wait for them to finish cooking before you can eat. So if you like to have your food on a certain time, best bring your own food and maybe just grill in place.
MODE OF PAYMENT If you pay via Gcash, you need to add Php 25 pesos, so just be ready with that. They ask for security deposit of 1K, and that one you have to pay in CASH.
THE STAFF The staff was very friendly though. I feel bad that it just didn't offset the feeling that the whole amount we paid was just not worth it.
OVERALL: I won't be going back here. Money and time best spent...
