Orlando's Beach Resort and Events Place — Hotel in Lemery

Last April 18, I visited this resort together with my friends. We were enticed by the budget friendly prices of their services and decided to try it out. Of course, since it was only cheap, we didn't set high expectations. First and foremost, I wanna commend the staff, particularly the lady whom we inquired about and welcomed us when we arrived. She was so easy to talk to, very light and accommodating. I also noticed how patient and well she is especially when dealing with other guests . Even faced with great pressure and stress, she still is all smiles at the guests. You can sense how tired she was but is still doing her best at her job. And that's really commendable. Keep up the good work (Ms.Cielo). Next is the place, when we were guided to our room, it was cleaned properly, and smelled good actually. Unlike the other resorts we've tried (more expensive), their rooms were commendable. Even the bathroom was neat and tidy. even the mirror and floors. Also, as you enter the beach, the sea and nature will really embrace you. Although there were several guests during our stay, the surroundings were being cleaned by the workers, some locals were even fun to talk to! The place is pet friendly, dogs and cats were everywhere and I think that's a plus. Also, their pavilion hall is really spacious, perfect for big events. The place is also Instagram-worthy, perfect for picture taking sessions. The sea and pools are evidently well maintained and cleaned, although some slides were not functioning on the kiddy pool. But it's fine since there are other slide options to try. There was also a life guard looking from time to time. All in all, a very refreshing place to be and we had a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back.

P.S. To the other guests, please don't demand so many things that you can only get on luxury...

Recently, our group visited Orlando's beach resort. Honestly, it was from a friend's recommendation, saying they had an amazing stay. So, we inquired prior to our stay and I must say, the staff was very friendly, attentive and really nice. We were surprised that we even had a discount! Compared to the other resorts we've inquired about, their prices were a little cheaper and budget friendly. Their place was clean and relaxing, the staff were so nice the moment we stepped in, it was pet friendly. We were able to pet some dogs there!

The most commendable for me were the staffs. They were very accommodating and went out of their way just to give us a wonderful stay there! Also, the ocean views were breathtaking! We woke up with the sound of waves and were so happy. Again, the place was clean, rooms were equipped with complete essentials you will need. I loved how there were a variety of plants there, the pool area was crystal clear, there were even kiddy pools available! Their pool area was perfect for taking pictures. If you want some other snacks or coffee, there are lots of shops nearby, just a few walks from the beach.

Overall, our group had a pleasant stay in Orlando's Beach resort. I will definitely recommend this resort to others! Especially for barkadas that are looking for a budget friendly get away place that's worth the money, of course, don't expect too highly like those of fancy resorts. We will definitely come back! Anyway, it is a great option if you want to unwind and have some...

This place was a joke. Not recommended. So we finally settle in, and out of nowhere they say we owe 3,830. I told them their page says 3,730, and before I sent the downpayment, I confirmed we were 4 adults and 1 4-year-old kid (’cause usually, resorts let kids under 4 stay for free, right?). Anyway, the rooms were a mess. The smell was so bad, it was like a mix of old furniture and cat pee or something. Honestly, I was considering leaving right after we checked in, but we were already there. The pool area was dirty, and it seemed like it hadn’t been properly maintained in a while. The bathroom in the room was not any better; the walls were stained yellow, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak, to the point where it was difficult to get a proper rinse.

Then, around 11:30 pm to 2:30 am, there is a group playing music so loud, we literally couldn’t sleep. I told my partner to check the front desk, but surprise, no one was there. Not even a security guard to help us out. So, this place doesn’t feel safe or secure at all, especially if you need help at night. I tried messaging their Facebook page, and they just seen my message. No reply.

Honestly, we went there to relax, but it just stressed us out more. For 3,320 pesos (even with a discount), this place was NOT it. If you want peace and quality, don’t waste your time or money here. They need to seriously lower their prices or just do some major improvements. I wouldn’t recommend this...
