RedDoorz @ Sunfields Lipa Batangas — Hotel in Lipa

Our experience staying here was disappointing and unsettling. At first glance, the building looked decent from the outside, but stepping inside immediately set a creepy and uncomfortable vibe. The interior resembled an abandoned prison, far from welcoming or cozy.

One of the biggest disappointments was that the place looked nowhere near the photos shown online. The pictures portrayed a bright, clean, and inviting environment, but in reality, the place was dark, dirty, and downright creepy. This felt like false advertising and left us feeling misled.

The location was also inconvenient. It’s far from the main road, making it difficult to access food unless you have a car or order online. This added to the discomfort of the stay, as it left us feeling isolated.

The cleanliness was a major concern. The bathroom mirror and toilet were dirty, raising doubts about the hygiene of the rest of the room. The TV remote didn’t work, so we couldn’t use the TV either. These issues, coupled with the lack of soundproofing, made it impossible to relax.

The staff was neither accommodating nor friendly, and their behavior added to the eerie atmosphere. The other rooms were under renovation, and it felt like we were the only ones in the building, making the experience even more unsettling.

Despite the affordable rates, the stay was not worth it. We could only endure 6 hours during the day and had to leave before our scheduled checkout time. I can’t imagine how much worse it would be at night.

I cannot recommend this place. It seemed to be some kind of a barracks before. The interiors are very spartan, everything is budget. Outside the hotel is a half completed commercial area that is a real eyesore. The room is very big but the layout is so strange. There is only one sink and it is a kitchen sink.
