CostaEl Mar, Dinadiawan — Hotel in Luzon

This place was poorly maintained. Needs a lot of improvement. Not recommended.

Pros: Cheap (2,500 pesos on aircon room good for 4 pax. Up to 8 pax - on extra fee exceeding 4 pax). Decent room to stay. AC is cold enough to have a rest. With private toilet inside the room. Comes with extra chair and table outdoor along the balcony. Kind hotel staff. Replies on fb messenger.

Cons: Place is not spacious. Construction scraps were scattered around the place. Pool was with sand and molds. Totally unusable and unhygienic. Discontinued construction beside the pool destroyed the view. Loud karaoke in the unorganized function hall distrupts our sleep. Room was not totally cleaned when we checked-in. No space to eat. The room just serves as a place to sleep. Heater is faulty. Tap water...

Needs a lot of improvement. Price for kubo room good for 4pax up to 8pax: 3,500 pesos on kubo aircon room good for 4 pax - extra fee of 250 per person exceeding 4 pax Aircon is super weak. Papatay patay. So kapag namatay magigising ka kasi sa ingay at init. Broken wall fan, hindi umiikot. Place is not spacious. For sleeping only. Electric cooking appliances like rice cooker and electric kettle ay prohibited, ang masakit pa wala naman kaming dala dahil nabasa namin ang rules nila pero napagbintangan pa kaming may rice cooker, nakita daw sa cctv 🤦. Faulty toilet flush. Broken cr door knob. No extra bed for extra person but with extra fee. Kahit paunan at kumot wala. Limited parking space, magrisk ka to park sa kalsada or mabagsakan ng buko sasakyan mo. No free drinking water. No free cooking wares and lpg. Lahat need bayaran dito.
