GRAND ROBERTOS INN HOTEL — Hotel in Luzon

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH BOOKING.COM OR ANY OTHER HOTEL BOOKING WEBSITE!|I had made a payment booking at booking .com on the Hotel of Grand Robertos Inn Bangued Abra Philippines on 10 December 2024 with Confirmation number:4455392152|PIN code:7476 but when I arrived at the Hotel (Grand Robertos Inn), I was being informed that my booking doesn't exist as the Hotel claimed that they never published nor linked their property with booking.com or any other online hotel booking website. I believe that the hotel (Grand Robertos Inn Bangued Abra) that published in booking.com is a scam as the address and the phone number of the hotel that was published in booking.com was fake. I did confirmed it with the Hotel itself when I was there. I had made a report to a booking.com but no action has been taken. |The hotel is clean and nice. One of the cleanest hotel in Bangued. Happy to have chosen this accommodation. Our room was spacious, clean and bed/beddings were comfortable. It has a cable TV, telephone and small dining table. The toilet / bathroom was clean; it has an overhead shower . Toilet has bidet and water pressure was strong. However, there was no hot water but the water was not that cold. The bathroom floor was level and the water flowed towards the door when you take a shower so we were careful not to use so much water. Staff were friendly. Parking space in front of the Inn was good for one. Luckily, none of the other guests brought their cars so we were able to park. The air of the room smelled so strongly of fungus, it was almost unbearable. The staff claims that payment through Agoda is invalid ... and that you should just PAY AGAIN and that figuring out a refund from Agoda is your own problem. Way earlier than 7 am, the staff loudly shouted to each other down the corridor, repeatedly, right outside our room's flimsy door (the door also let in light from the corridor all around the doorframe).
