GREEN MEADOWS Hotel & Restaurant — Hotel in Luzon

Booked a room here last minute for an overnight stay due to power outage at our house and since it was the nearest one with affordable pricing therefore that sealed the deal. From the outerior of the property everything looked clean, vibrant and pretty aesthetic in decor. On OTA site it says the property was accessible friendly however to our dismay it wasn't, not only that staffs we're not accommodating at all to complaints or feedbacks. Yes they are friendly and will try to come to your aid but they are probably aren't trained enough to handle with hospitality situations.

The room we got had several issues; bedbugs, bathroom flooding/drainage, and wifi-TV problem and unfortunately the staffs did not handle it all too well. We weren't looking for any compensation but at least a well deserved solution would have suffice to make our stay a little bit comfortable even if it was a short one. Also breakfast was actually sad as to think we actually paid extra for that and the service on getting it was another unnecessary ordeal.

All in all I wouldn't recommend this place to others if the SOP for handling their guest issues with rooms aren't handle well and dare I say other guests would agreee with me too, shame also cause owner probably spent a fortune renovating the...

Very disappointed. I thought conducive place for stay. First the lights on the room is dim there is a table but the attached light is only pin light.

Bed have ants not just small ants big ants with wings

Cr have trash bin but the thing is it doesnt have any plastic to avoid contamination on the bin itself. Not very hygienic.

Aircons doesnt have control

Remote on the tv is not clearly defined since it has cable and tv remote they did not label it properly i call for room service to fix the issue but they have to trial and error just to fix the issue.

Breakfast is not free. We order at 8am then released in 9am and not complete. They still argue that we didnt order the said menu yet we order it from the start the kitchen was open.

Really bad experience. Wont recommend to travelers. They just know to bill and not to have...

Was an average experience during our stay, maybe just because they said their kitchen was under renovation that's why we cant order food from the hotel it self room was average clean and tidy but the water from the tap was little brown color(bathroom) , their service was an average as well but they trying their best to give us good service as much as they can, I thank the night shifts staff and guard for letting us to stay and drink...
