Hiraya Beach Resort — Hotel in Luzon

We recently stayed at this resort, and while the facilities are new, the management and staff are not equipped to handle difficult guests. I’ve visited many resorts, but this was by far the worst experience when it came to managing disruptive behavior. When we complained about noisy guests, the management’s response was completely unacceptable—they simply told us to “accept the situation” and wait until 10 PM for the noise to stop. This is not the kind of response I expect from a professional establishment.

It’s the responsibility of management to ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay, not just those causing disruptions. Effective handling of difficult situations is key to maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Unless this resort becomes more exclusive or implements policies that ensure better guest management, I cannot recommend it. I strongly suggest that the staff receive proper training on handling crises and managing conflicts to improve the experience for...

Availed the kubo fan room and was really disappointed. Sobrang maalikabok, at yung electric fan na pinahiram ay maalikabok din, hindi man lang nilinis muna. Marami rin tambak na gamit sa labas ng kubo.

Need na rin ma renovate yung common kitchen at cr, at mapalitan yung utensils doon, unsanitary na kasi.

Ok sana ang stay namin dun (overnight) kaso di lang talaga nila name-maintain yung cleanliness ng kitchen at cr, kahit din sa mga ibang cottage may mga nakatambak na tent sa ilalim, tapos sa dining area may sampayan ng mga sapin ng kama at basahan, at may mga washing machine sa tabi.

Mas ok i-avail yung regular rooms na may sariling cr at mas maayos ang dining area.

Pero yun nga, needs improvement sa paglilinis nila kasi mukha lang malinis yung kubo room pero maalikabok talaga. And sana imaintain din nila yung mga kalidad ng mga kahoy na upuan at lamesa sa may beach front, lumang luma na tignan, unlike sa pics nila sa Facebook page.
