J-Five Resort — Hotel in Luzon

The place’s ambiance is good. Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by a half-court and a billiards table. The kitchen area has an island bar where you can watch the person cooking. It includes a microwave, a gas stove, and complete utensils. The event hall is spacious, equipped with two air conditioners and LED lights. They also have a table tennis setup and a videoke machine. There are several couches if you prefer to stay in the event hall area instead of the bedrooms. Only one room has a built-in comfort room, but there is a nearby comfort room close to another room.

The pool area has both adult and kids’ pools, with a slide that leads into the adult side. There’s also a jacuzzi and a terrace where you can grill while enjoying a view of the city lights. Near the pool, there is another comfort room and a shower room where you can bathe and change clothes. In the pool area itself, you can see various airplanes from different airlines. The place is only good for 12 people max. Not really a good team building spot if you are like 20 people or more.

Only one bathroom and two shower places available in the unit we booked, not really good for crowds.

The interior is well groomed but badly engineered. Air-conditioning ventilation are facing the kitchen despite there are air conditioning in the kitchen as well. The windows aren't that good in terms of heat insulation either. This results in the rooms not being very cozy during the day.

The billiards table is out of shape and badly needs a replacement.

On the other hand, the pool is quite standard and I commend it. Yet, the management didn't seem to clean barbeque place very well since there were swarms of ants crawling around and coal leftovers were found when we got there.

We are highly recommended this J-Five Resort. If you are looking for a private place to relax and feels at home, you better booked here and also pet friendly. We booked here for the venue of my niece's 18th birthday (Villa 1 & 2) last April 20. And we gladly say that it was memorable and successful.

Despite having many requests, Mr. and Mrs. GUTIERREZ are still accommodating and very generous with us, and we appreciate that. Including also, Kuya Aldrin the caretaker. We must say that the villas are comfy, spacious, well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. The place was excellent for family, barkada and even bigger group's.

We enjoy our stay here and we look forward to spending our family gathering with you again.
