It's like a tiny house without the wheels. Narrow hallway, 1 narrow window each in front and back, 1 really narrow (kinda uncomfortable for the long-legged me) spiral steal staircase going to the attic where I stayed most of the time after work. The attic/loft can accommodate around 2 to 3 medium-sized persons. 2 bedrooms downstairs can accommodate 1 each (or 2 if you sacrifice some comfort). It has 1 small toilet and bathroom for S to M sized persons. The only thing that I really didn't like is that it only had a single inverter air-conditioning unit which was located at the very top spot of a wall making the attic really cold but downstairs and even the rooms are still kinda warm. It's illogical for me. They should have just installed small air vents and thermostat to make the temp even across all rooms. Buy your own drinking water. No fridge. Only a couple of wall sockets to charge mobile devices I had to use extension wire. 2 exhaust fans from bedrooms are on attic floor so be careful when you decide to sleep upstairs. 1 flat screen LED TV in hallway. Quiet neighbourhood. Fair mobile data reception during my stay....

But had to put one otherwise can't post a review We are Americans and Canadians, 8 of us total with one couple who arranged the pre-paid trip with EAT SLEEP TRAVEL and TOUR. We arrived at Kastillo de Ilocos Tourist Inn at midnight last February 18 2019 and were very excited on our trip only to find that our VILLA accommodation was horrible! They expected to accommodate 8 people in 2 bedrooms as tiny as shack that fits small 2 small beds, a small loft with narrow spiral staircase , short narrow hallway and most disgusting 1 BATHROOM with a toilet similar to children's, small shower stall and with NO HOT WATER! Pictures absolutely deceiving!THE SIZE OF THIS VILLA IS MOST LIKELY ONLY ABOUT 150 SQ FEET. DISGUSTING AND NO WAY WE COULD STAY IN THIS VILLA. We left the villa and had to look for another hotel! NOT SURE where all these "great" reviews posted. Didn't...
