The name doesn't lie, it is a exceptional viewpoint over the valley, the rice terraces and the small cities (Kiangan and Lagawe). Hard to find even for tricycle drivers! The property is big and can host a family (ask directly to them since Agoda or booking system might not reflect the true capacity). It's clean, comfortable, you can cook..well I felt at home! The lady who manages it is wonderful and very attentive. Read moreA hidden gem in every way. Stayed at the end of April 2017. Basic but clean accommodation (but it is a homestay not a 5* hotel remember), but who cares? You are only in the house to sleep and shower. Very quiet and peaceful, you could not ask for more. Aireen, the Manageress was a gem, looking after our every need, food (ah.. the duck soup!!!), drink, conversation and company. As if we were part of her family for the few days we stayed. Stunning views over the valley and up at 0430 each day to watch the sunrise. Probably the best four days of our holiday. Very highly recommended. Go there with an open mind... and leave with a big smile on your face and a tinge of sadness...
