Luke's Haven Private Pool and Events Place — Hotel in Luzon

The place was hard to find with the dark narrow rough road for the last half kilometer to the site. The videoke room isn't soundproof as advertised, especially if your room is next to it. Pool water is stagnant and unclear. ( You can ask them if they have a filtration system because I did not see or hear the pumps working and did not bother to verify since I'm not gonna use that pool anyway.) Toilet and Bath - Not so clean and the fixtures are old. The water heaters aren't working and we even ended up paying Php 5000.00 for the replacement of a ceramic lavatory that collapsed during our stay. It was supposed to be an overlooking spot but the construction of a nearby residence and taller trees surrounding the place blocked the view which is highly disappointing because we exhausted ourselves and our vehicles in that long, steep, and rocky trip. Lastly, horrible customer service. Employees aren't approachable. The caretaker threatened to drag us to the Brgy hall when we demanded a cost breakdown of the sink replacement fee. Good points: Outdoor area is very spacious Very close to nature, view is superb Bad points: There are no signs AT ALL going to the resort. They should install some since their resort is in a very secluded area and their usual check in time is at night. Host/Caretakers are not hospitable. They don't even check in on you once you are in the resort. You need to come to them at the place they are staying which is upstairs. The owner (?) whenever you see him always on their phone. Nakakahiya tuloy magsabi. Amenities are not maintained. I saw a review from 2 yrs ago saying that the showers are no that great and its still the same now. The shower, mas malakas pa ihi ng tao. Considering they cater 20 pax, this is HUGE PROBLEM. Essentials are EXPENSIVE when you buy it from them. Drinking water is not even free, not one gallon. Rooms are super small. They blocked me on FB dahil may mga reklamo kami. May mga gagamba at agiw yung rooms at bed! Plus antik. Heater sa banyo not working. Tapos sira pa aircon ng isang room, walang paabiso na sira. Ang remote ng aircon sa other rooms iisa lang kaya pahirapan pa kapag nagadjust ng temp heraman with other rooms. Maliit ang rooms, then walang bathroom sa mismong room. Common cr lang (although separate ang male at female) pero 1 lang toilet kada CR(1toilet sa male& 1toilet safemale) Basahin niyo maigi rules and regulations pati yung una nilang sinend(yung rates), kasi may hindi sila in-include sa mismong rules and regulations na isesend pagkasettle niyo ng downpayment. May charge sa pet(ang dala namin chihuahua 1 lang wellbehaved nakatali rin) tapos may aso rin sila na malaki nakakagala lang. Kahit sabihing guard dog yon, may mga bata hindi masasabi kelan posible makakagat ang dog lalo hindi naman familiar sa amin ang dog. Kaya pinuntahan pa doon sa harap ng bahay yung caretaker. Instead of settling the issue, they chose to IGNORE (US) AND BLOCK ME.

Maganda sana yung resort eh pero bad service. Hindi sana aabot sa pagbad review namin kung maayos kami kinausap at sinipot ng personal hindi yung caretaker lang haharap samin kawawa caretaker sila front sa mga reklamo sa owner.
