My friends and I stayed for 5 days on a business trip. |The place is nice... They have 3 pools, all hot spring but not too hot like boiling water. One is kiddy pool, one with the slide also kiddy pool and one adult pool 4 feet only. For the adult pool there is a big screen TV where you can watch your favorite telenovela. They drain the water and clean the pool during the night and replace the pool with new water during the day. There is a shower area, videoke area for rent, bbq area and smoking area. No smoking near the pool area. Cottages are big but few, so better go there ahead.|We rented one room with 2 beds (one bed is good for 2 persons). Some of the rooms have 1 bed only and if you have additional company they will give you a mattress.|They have other cottages accessible for anyone on a wheelchair so it's a plus and it has a pool for dipping and relaxing like jacuzzi... Not exactly a lap pool. The grounds is big and there is a pond with koi fish. |Our room is located at the right side of the resort, room number 6. There is a sitting area outside the rooms 5 and 6. I think the rooms in that area is new since the duplex from 1-6 doesn't have any paint at all and the way going there is still dark. Our room doesn't have light outside as well, they said it was broken. Water in the bathroom is not that strong.. Faucet and shower is not working. There is also a gate connected to the road outside so you better not leave anything outside your room. I don't know why it was kept open, motorbikes should be parked in the parking space located in front of the resort and not to be parked near the rooms. It just doesn't feel safe for any visitor staying there like us, we don't know who come and goes. Also stray dogs and cats come in from the gate so leaving food outside of your room is not advisable. The next day someone comes to clean the room and if you need new sheets and towels, they will change it for you. |There are mosquitos during the night so bring your mosquito repellents. I hope the management would plant citronella plants all over the resort specifically near the rooms to avoid mosquitoes and insects. |They offer hot food choices as well... Pancit (big portion), Tocilog, Hamsilog, Hotsilog, Corsilog, Daingsilog was not available.. Fried chicken, Pork chop, etc... There is a small store that sells ice cream, drinks hot and cold, cup noodles, chips, beer and other necessities. I hope they would sell fresh fruit shakes and offer other kinds of food choices... Since they sell beer why not offer appetizers/pulutan as well. |They don't have Wi-Fi... So bring your own router... Globe has more signal than smart. |For the price we paid... We could at least have gotten more. The resort is nice, but they need to update their services and the place needs only a little...

We came here partly because of a friend's recommendation especially the private pool amenity.|My personal take:|1. Cost of room is quite high and not commensurate to the amount paid especially as they insist that the full amount be paid prior to reservation.|2. You have to verify that they have received the payment as I paid thru bank transfer and they have not acknowledged it until such time that I have to call them to confirm my reservation.|3. We paid for a room good for 6 persons (3 beds) for a party of 5. However I've seen similar rooms with 8-10 persons crammed inside. I don't think this is conducive to a relaxing atmosphere especially if you are next door to a rowdy group which happened to us, unfortunately.|4. Relative to #3 above, this group was just too noisy until past 3 am depriving us of rest and stressing us out totally. We cannot confront them due to their being really intoxicated and the worst part is there are no security or staff there that at least should have admonished them that there are other guests around. |Just in case there were also intoxicated guests there who take offense to their disruptive merry making and a fight breaks out between them, who would secure the peace and order? Quite chilling I would say.|5. I didn't see any life guard in our swimming pool area.|6. The pool was drained 12MN and guess what? Our children cannot use it the next day as we were already checking out at 11:30AM and the pool is not even 1/4 full yet (water level is just up to the ankles). It's as if for overnight stay, you must maximize pool use in the evening to make the most of your stay. Not cool. Most would like to swim early morning before the sun gets high. In lieu of this, you have to use the mini pool in front of your room to just soak. For kids this is not even an option. There is the public pool nearby but my kids won't go there as they say the water is dirty and the tiles are slippery probably due to moss build up.|7. Bring your own food as ordering from them can be really stressful.|8. Electricity in our room went out at 9 am. Staff said they are just fixing something. Come almost check out time and we are already perspiring profusely but still no electricity and not even an apology or acknowledgment from them.||This would be an ok place if the other guests were families with children. But tough luck if there are 'barkada' groups around that doesn't know the boundary of 'just having a good time'.|And please improve your customer service. It just leaves much to be desired. |Average for a local destination, will recommend as a tourist destination but with caveat: lower your...

We stayed here for 1 night and got the room with mini pool. Worth it!||We were supposed to go around Sorsogon but the weather was pretty bad because of a storm coming. We had no regrets at all because the mini pool with water from a hot spring was perfect for the weather. It was relaxing to just sit there and enjoy the place. The resort was empty I'm not sure if we were the only guests that time. We didn't use the bigger pools because we were already satisfied with the mini pool.||We booked through their Facebook page. They were very responsive and helpful on the directions going there. But then when we got there, they didn't have my name on the list of guests on that day. Good thing I have a copy of our conversation on FB. And also there were vacant rooms so we didn't have a problem with that. They quickly prepared our room and were able to accommodate us. Next time I hope they could avoid this kind of situation.||The room is big and nice. Clean, modern design. Good AC. The bathroom is also spacious. They also have a menu so you could order food through text and they'll bring the food to your room. I think you can order food up to 9:30pm. Big servings on the food. Although they could improve on this because our food were served on paper plates and plastic utensils. ||I gave 4 stars because they could still improve on some things like those I mentioned above, on fixing some leaks on the bedroom window, and on...

Pros: - friendly staff - comfy rooms - working heaters in showers - clean and well-maintained pools (compared to nearby resorts, they're the cleanest) - relaxing jacuzzi outside rooms - function hall - so many pools to bathe into - picturesque and very scenic. you wont get tired of finding good places to take selfies/groufies at Cons - some rooms have beds for anorexic people lol - no fridge even in "deluxe" rooms - no available kettles - cafeteria closes at 10:30pm (a bummer when you want to check in late night and haven't had your dinner yet) - pools are quite shallow. you won't enjoy the pools if you're into deep dives - function hall has very limited light source at night. i would not recommend the function hall if you want to use it for seminars/gatherings with lots of paper activities as the light is way too little. also, the source of sound if you want to use mics is from the videoke machine. the PA outputs a lot of echo. there is also no reliable soundman who is able to help with the audio needs. overall, a good place to consider despite the mishaps.

Nature spring resort is a good choice when your planning to go to a hot spring resort. The place is clean peaceful have child friendly pools with slide. Water in the pool is cleaned daily. If you're planning to do an overnight stay here, this place is a good choice. They have big clean rooms for groups and for 2 persons as well. Entrance fee is only 100. Then you can enjoy swimming here without worrying of snack food drinks as they serve it all here. All you need to do is enjoy. Few recommendations to the owner of the resort. I have noticed there is no available drinking water in our room, slippers to use inside the room, hygiene kits like toothbrush toothpaste (soap and shampoo is available) and hair dryer. Videoke room is a bit expensive at 4k pesos. These things will be a big plus to customers satisfaction if will be included. Btw we rented an aircon room with private pool. Overall experience is great and im satisfied with my stay here. I recommend this resort if you're looking for a summer adventure/all season adventure.

The price for its value is on point. The room we got, W5, facing east, is good for 4. The room contains the following: 2 Queen sized beds 4 Queen sized pillows 2 blankets 4 bath towels Smart TV w/ remote Split type AC w/ remote Closet Closet for luggage Outdoor plastic dining set for 6 pax Outdoor sink WiFi Access valid for 24 hours (unreliable speed) *Ample outlets strategically put [The photos are mostly of the restaurant. We immediately stormed the room to get settled. 😆] We highly enjoyed the room at sunset onwards because it provides shade to the (lukewarm) mini pool and a live solo performance. The following day, we enjoyed 2 complimentary breakfast at the restuarant amounting to Php130/each. I would not advise prolonged swimming in the morning since the harsh sun faces the room. We had a relaxing staycation. Great opportunity to bond with friends and family. Also, this is a great location should you discover other destinations in Sorsogon - conveniently with a car. 😊 Hope this info helps.
