Review :
The place was quite a distance from the town but it was worth the travel. In this remote area it is a plus that they do have a starlink(wifi) because there is no signal in the resort for globe user. The place was clean and nice. The price was cheap and there are a lot of activities to do even if you cannot swim ( we went there and there was like a thypoon, the wave was crazy and it was freezing cold to swim in their pool) you will not run out of things to do. They also have an inhouse restaurant which is very convenient too. The place was value for 💰 money.
i did not appreciate during check in when the receptionist or i guess the lady owner asked me “galit ka po”?! I was like surprised like what the heck is she even talking about?! We were discussing regarding the rates i think and i am just responding to a yes or no question and i was surprised to and just said huh?! Then she continued discussing regarding the rates so i just brushed it off because i was too stressed out with the cliff road travel on the way to the resort. Im a PWD by the way with a panic disorder so yeah, i was literally having an anxiety attack at that moment and Being asked like that within 20mins getting into the resort is something that i do not appreciate i just do not want to ruin my mood so i just ignored it. The owner the staff were nice. If that did not happen i would say they were perfect.
majority of their rooms are upstairs they do have CCTV on the 2nd floor. Before 10pm we already stopped being too loud (videoke and minimized our voice) to be considerate to others. There was this other group who was too loud up until 1am i guess.when i say loud they were screaming at the top of their lungs while discussing. It would be nice if the management have the initiative to remind others who are too loud after 10pm or 11pm since there are other guest checked in aswell so that we as a guest do not need to do it to avoid conflict ( lucky there is none but in the future or maybe other guest who are too drunk) We occupied 3 rooms and all rooms have kids and we also have a todler with us so it would be very nice if every guest can take a rest.
-if we were to visit dingalan again would we stay in puffer island again?...
Read moreWe had a great stay at Puffer Isle! The place was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat. The wi-fi connection is strong. Their in-house restaurant served delicious food, which was a huge plus. We also enjoyed the various games and activities available, like billiards, and basketball, keeping us entertained throughout our stay. The indoor swimming pool was a nice touch, especially since the ocean waves were quite strong.
The staff were very nice and approachable, making our stay even better, especially Ate Wilma and Ate (I forgot to ask her name) at the bar who went above and beyond to assist us with our food request.
Overall, it's a great spot for relaxation and fun. Highly recommended! We'll be...
Read moreNice and clean place. The owners and staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. What I loved best about this place is that they are well-organized and maintain cleanliness in all areas, from the rooms and bathrooms to the outdoors. You can choose between budget-friendly rooms and family rooms, which can accommodate a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 8 people. There’s nothing to worry about when it comes to food and drinks, as you can order and they will cook it for you. Their food tastes really good and is worth the price. If you want to explore around, they have a list of tour guides on call for you. I highly...
