The worst accommodation experience of my life. This is by far and stress it again BY FAR, the very worst experience in any type of accommodation I've had.

I don't know where to start, the fact that no one was waiting for us when we arrived there. Or the big scam they are running where they offer you an upgrade upon arrival, I asked what's the difference, the guy said the toilet is in the inside, I foolishly said ok. It turned out the worst toilet you can think of, no seat on the toilet seat (not sure how you're expected to sit down), the toilet was leaking and water hardly flushes. The fridge inside doesn't work. I (forget) that I have paid using booking.com but when I tried to checkout they provided me with a hand written note stating how much I need to pay, I thought it was for the whole accommodation but it turned out it's for the upgrade only, it was for 2500 pesos! On top of the original 4500 pesos I already paid!!

Lets get to the photos shall we, this was from the ownees/staff dog which it attacked me while I was walking on the beach. It kept attacking me but I couldn't do much as no one was near, so I had to walk slowly back insidw (the faster I walk the more aggressive it behaved) while it kept scratching me very hard and biting me.. The staff didn't say much, merely a reluctant sorry.

I contacted the property owner but they didn't care after they got their money and tried to blame me saying that they cannot satisfy customers like me and that those were...

Worst accomodation ever *Noisy aircon *Old room or I just say Lack of maintenance

I book a room in 5hrs advance and upon arrival the room is still not clean so we wait for him to clean the room that took him 20mins and the time during that time is already 1.00AM.

Upon check in he told us that the breakfast is included in we agreed that we will take our breakfast around 8.00AM. We wait until 9 and theres still no breakfast.

We are so hungry so we decided to check out and leave that place to eat outside however, no one is in the reception. So again we wait again and keep knockin and pressing the bell however, still no one is coming out. (10:00 AM and we are so hungry) I called the manager's phone number but hes not answering. Then I called the management and she asked as to knock the the windows and doors to wake him and she also calls him. Few minutes later he walk out and give to us the 1000peso that we deposit and he didnt even apologies for inconvenience...

Rooms are very small and old. lack of maintenance, and there are a lot of insects and termites eating the cottage.

The bed foam and pillows are smelly, and it smells like they never change or wash it.

The shared bathroom are lack of maintenance clogged toilets and floor drain. (I swear it's really hard to take a shower)

Services are ok. Staff are nice. But the problem is the reception is not 24/7. The breakfast took so long. You have to wait for more than an hour to get your breakfast. And it's too expensive for a cup of rice. (50 pesos for a cup of rice)

The area is ok if you just want to relax and avoid the noisy and busy streets. But the problem again is the restaurants are very far. You need to ride for a few minutes to be in town.
