@The Cabin Resorts—we really had to go back! The Cabin Prime is now open and can accommodate up to 10pax, perfect for family and friends staycation. It has an indoor pool and interiors are topnotch🖼️🥇not to mention all the outdoor and nature activities available! The Cabin never disappoints, truly our go-to near-metro manila escape place 🏡 P.S. we’ve tried their sisig, bulalo, bicol express, truffle pizza — everything was good, istg💯 #staycation #familystaycation #couple #dateidea #familytravel #petfriendly

Booking and Customer Service: The online booking process for The Cabins Resorts was straightforward and convenient, making it easy to secure our reservation. However, I encountered significant issues with customer service. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via text, call, and email, I received little to no response. Additionally, the resort's website lacks updated and comprehensive information regarding contact details, location, amenities, and images of the cabins. This lack of communication and clarity can be frustrating for potential guests trying to plan their stay. Check-In Experience: Upon arrival, the lack of communication persisted. We received no guidance regarding the rough road leading to the resort, which left us uncertain about where to go. The reception staff, while very accommodating and helpful, did not provide much information about what to expect during our stay. It would have been beneficial to receive a brief orientation or overview of the resort's amenities and activities. Amenities and Activities: While the staff were friendly, I found the pricing at the resort's restaurant to be quite steep. Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that all activities close by 5 PM, which significantly limits options for evening entertainment. It was disheartening to discover that we were not allowed to have a picnic in the garden area, as this would have been a lovely way to enjoy the surroundings. Another inconvenience was the absence of towels in our cabin upon check-in. We had to request them, which is something that should ideally be provided without having to ask. Overall Experience: During our visit, there were only a few guests present, likely due to it being a weekday. This lack of crowd could have contributed to a more peaceful atmosphere, but it also highlighted the shortcomings in service and amenities. Overall, while The Cabins Resorts has potential with its beautiful setting and accommodating staff, significant improvements are needed in customer service, communication, and the overall guest experience to make it a truly enjoyable destination.

Pricey resort but poor service. We complained 3x that there was no hot water, and it took them over an hour to resolve the issue. It's a basic necessity! On the day of our arrival, they did not check if we had hot water, so we had a cold shower at night. They got our breakfast order in advance and yet they still had to call us the next morning to get our order while we were still asleep. The admin closes at 5pm, and check-in is at 2pm, which means that any concerns after 5pm, you're on your own. They also did not provide any glass in case you want to drink water. No indoor bolt lock for security. Any staff who has a duplicate key come inside when you're sleeping. We asked for extra towels, and the staff said there might be an extra charge, and later on told us it was free. I don't think it's wise to tell your customers that there is a charge if you're not sure. There were a lot of flies in the room when we slept, which I think is normal in a cabin. But we spent some time killing them because the flies were landing on our faces while we were sleeping. The cabin looked like a budget cabin. The toilet did not have a curtain to or shower enclosure. I'm surprised that their prices ranged from 5k-7k per night yet their toilet was only at par with 2 star hotels. They have a nice view, and nice looking cabins from the outside, which is definitely instagrammable but other than that I'd never visit here again. If they allow day trips, I think Cabin Resorts is just fine but overnight, I'd pass.

Since I reached the character limit of a single review in Google, I had to create this second review as an addition to the other review. If you want to see my complete review, see also the other one under the same user name. One other minus about the place is their claimed "accommodations." They have 2 fat bikes in the premises, and because of their age and usage perhaps and lack of maintenance, neither is no longer safe to be ridden. One has two broken brakes, and the other has a loose handle bar, so they are accidents waiting ti happen. Their ATV route is limited to a 150-200 meter stretch of a dirt flat trail, which most guests will get bored after the first 10 minutes of usage of going back and fort a couple of times. If you are going to charge and avertise an ATV riding as your activity in a resort, at least have the honesty of telling people that it's only for pictures or instagram posts and not for a fun and thrilling time that everyone will expect on an ATV ride. Then there's the archery range, limited to one target placed at about 20 meters away. And too bad if you miss the target altogether as you'll spend most of your time looking for a lost arrow hidden among the tall grasses behind the target. Each lost or broken equipment cost P200 at the minimum apparently. It happened to us. We didn't get to try to ride the kayak, but if kayaking in a brown water fish pond sounds inviting, then perhaps you'll enjoy it. Oh, and I can't say enough about the mosquitoes although they tell you about this being an issue ahead of time. If you can, bring mosquito killer spray along with mosquito repellant. Bring mosquito sticks (katol), or zappers if you have them since there seems to be nothing currently being done at the resort to try to minimize the inconvenience brought by insects for being in the middle of a farm land with a huge fish pond/mosquito breeding pond at the premise. It was even hard to enjoy the bonfire since you are too busy swatting mosquitoes. And speaking of the bonfire, our unit as well as other unit's bonfire location are about 5 meters away from a street/path light, so it takes away the whole experience of having a bonfire in the middle of on open field when there's a street light near by, almost on top of you. The one positive thing about the accommodations is their fresh water infinity pool. I don't think the water is treated, which can be good or bad, but it felt, smelled, and tasted like a spring water from a fresh water fall. The water is constantly being circulated which explains why it remains fresh despite the number of guests swimming who are not even required to take a quick shower before entering like in most pools. Then lastly, there's the 30 day fully paid reservation policy. We took a lot of risk for paying the full price 30 days out since most people can't predict what will happen this far out especially during this pandemic and unpredictable weather. We lucked out that neither had effected our plan, but had we cancelled after 30 days, they'd only had to provide 75% refund. In closing, this is by no means to try to give the place a bad reputation or discourage anyone from going there. It is only to share our experience and to set the expectations of those considering going there so perhaps they'll have a better time than if they are surprised if their expectations are not met. I actually highly recommend the place if you are into taking breath taking picures to be posted in your social media accounts, or to be in a unique province like environment and experience (i.e.night sky filled with millions of bright stars, ultra quiet with only faint sounds of insects and frogs at night, etc.) that's located not too far from Manila. But for me, unless the cost is lowered to a 3/4 star level, this is my first and last visit to the...

Good view, good ambiance, good food, but the service isn’t so good. The service was good at first assisting and everything but then later on, it was not. They don’t have phone inside the cabin, so you have to call them using your cellphone. Their reception isn’t 24hrs but that’s okay. The ATV is under maintenance when we got there. We tried their picnic set up and informed us that the pizza isn’t available so we ordered what’s available, the food was good (they don’t provide tissue on their picnic set up btw so bring one!). They made us choose from the menu for breakfast, we told them that our drink would be hot choco then they serve the breakfast the next day and it was coffee, we told them that we ordered hot choco and they said “naubusan na po kami e”, they didn’t even informed us beforehand. We ordered room service dinner, they told us to put it outside once done, we heard the cat meowing outside and called them that if it’s okay to put it outside ‘cause there’s a cat outside our cabin door they might spread the food all over the floor, they said it’s okay, they’ll send someone over to take the plates. Next morning, the plates still on table outside 😅 Also, they don’t provide extra towels for their guests, just exactly 2 towels (based on how many pax you booked). I think it should be given that they should provide extra towels since their facility has pool. So what we did was we used the provided bath towels as our cover up, just 1 towel, there’s no way to make your towel dry in an airconditioned room. So we used that towel to take a bath as well, imagine how soak the towel is. I’m not sure if this happened to others too. I’m not bad mouthing the resort I’m just sharing...
