Has one of the best overlooking (altitude) views of the Manila skyline. Pool is great. Construction and design are top notch for the Phils. The building is finished in luxurious marble, granite, and what I think might be bluestone. Didn't try the restaurant because it went downhill (pun intended) from there as I will explain. Almost all of the elevators are out of service. That is suspicious to me (I work in maintenance) since they have more than 5 different independent systems spread through the facility. The odds of 5 independent elevator systems failing simultaneously is improbable. If you are a senior or have any mobility issues you will find the numerous stairs that you must negotiate just to get to and from your room a big PITA. The other reason I only gave 3 stars is due to the parking. They designed the facility with parking lots that will take you on a mountain hike if do not manage to park in lot 1. The higher the lot number the longer your hike will be. No shuttle service. I am guessing the original design is modelled for upper class people who have a driver and thereby would not concern themselves with the hike. They could have at least built steps/walkways from the various parking lots so that middle class people like myself could avoid the tedious chicanes that will take you to the lobby only to find out you now have 60 or 80 stairs to negotiate to get to your room.
