We recently celebrated my son's Christening in this resort. I'd say, if you are looking for a nice and accessible place in Dasol, you might want to consider this villa. However, there are lapses that I'd like to point out so just to give you a heads up. I'll try to be as objective as possible. So here are those: No toilettries were provided. Please bring your own. There is an in-house sari sari store but please expect that items are offered at a higher price. We were expecting 60 to 70 pax. They only have around 43 plates, so the rest of our visitors used disposable plates. Staffs lack communication. We booked our event around 2 weeks ahead,. We were expecting that everything is ready the day before the celebration but we were surprise (AND THEY WERE ALSO SURPRISED!) when we popped in the villa and the staffs did not know the bits of information about the following day's event. All they knew was a Christening was happening and the colour of the day was yellow. That's all they had in mind. So better make a follow up and make sure everything is smooth to avoid getting stressed. Ask for a contract signed by both parties for your documentation. The common sink was clogged. There is no seashore during high tides. You can't have a morning walks along the beach, no ig-able sandy toes.
On the other hand, I'd like to voice out our disappointment re: staff's attitude towards us. I hope the management will provide an orientation to their staffs on how to properly entertain/ help their guests. We were their customers/ guests but we felt unwanted. They were like driving us away. They even wanted us to wash the utensils used during the event. I offered to increase my payment just to avoid embarrassment, thankfully, the manager came to our rescue. He is one of the few staffs who showed professionalism. Worth mentioning was this lady who was assigned at the store on 27 May 2022. Sya yung maliit na babae na nakapamewang, nakasimangot at pagalit na may paninisi ang tono when we spoke to her. -LAGING WALANG TAO, kapag may need ka, walang tao, sa store lang meron, ang susungit pa sasabihin nila, “SA RECEPTION PO DAPAT” -TUWALYA na jusko kahit sa bata, hindi mababalutan sa liit and nipis, HINDI DIN NAKAKABSORB ng tubig
-THEY DIDNT CHECK THEIR AMENITIES!! MAY REGLANG FADED YUNG ISANG TUWALYA NILA 🤮 tried going to the reception nila, tapos malamang sa malamang, WALANG TAO
-ANG DUMI NG BEACHSIDE, wala man lang helper na kahit papano na every morning or few times a day, pinupulot or naglilinis
-TRASHES SHOULD BE ALWAYS EMPTY lalo na if alam niyo na may nakabook sa accomodation.
-ANG DAMING ASONG NANGUNGUHA NG SLIPPERS! My mom’s NEWLY BOUGHT CROCS, nawala, TAPOS WALANG PAKIELAM ANG MANAGEMENT. 🤧 they didnt even bother to look or refund the damages + ito ang best part, THEY KNEW NA YUNG MGA ASONG GUMAGALA SA KANILA IS NANGUNGUHA ng mga tsinelas ng mga nakacheck in? Like? BAKIT HINDI NIYO ITALI? + may mga kasama akong bata na hindi makalaro freely since madaming aso na natatakot sila
-Ang daming kalat sa mga kubo and sa mga tabi ng sarisari store 🤮 they didnt even bother to clean since may mga nakacheck in.
-ANG TIGAS NG UNAN!!!! Legit! Sa lahat ng resort na nacheck-inan namin, wala man lang cotton sa loob? Most uncomfortable stay in whole pangasinan resorts we checked in.
-ITO ANG RESORT NA WALANG TUBIG sa accommodation, HINDI WORTH IT we booked 3 rooms in advance they didnt even bother again to ask us our details + they didnt require payments, so what if madaming nagwalk in? Paano kaming nagreserve? Mawawalan ng rooms if sakali? Or WHAT IF LOKOLOKO KAMI na nagpareserve tapos hindi pupunta?
-THEY DIDNT HAVE A FRIDGE OR ANY SORT OF STORAGE, JUST BARE MATIGAS NA KAMA.

Read moreKung ayaw po ninyo masira araw, oras at pera niyo, huwag po kayo pumunta sa beach resort na to. Ito po yung mga dahilan kung bakit ganito rating ko.
Accommodation: (Grand Kubo) Sa sobrang init ng panahon sa lugar na ito, sira pa aircon. Natulog kami na naka-electric fan lang na sobrang ingay. Nakailang report ako ukol sa nasabing aircon. Alam naman pala nila na sirain yung aircon hinayaan pa nila kami magcheck-in.
Amenities: Kung gaano kainit ng tubig sa dagat, ganun din kainit ng tubig sa pool, yung tipong ang sakit sa balat ng tubig. Mukhang hindi nila pinapalitan yung tubig sa pool, nilalagyan lang nila ng chlorine para luminis. Yung dagat naman as in walang alon at hindi buhangin naaapakan sa ilalim ng tubig kundi putik. Mahina pa source of electricity nila.
Nakakadismaya talaga pumunta dito kaya kinaumagahan hindi na naman tinapos yung oras namin na check-out time po sana ay 12 noon. 7am pa lang nagcheck-out na kami at naghanap ng ibang beach resort sa may bandang Patar.
