WINWIN Hotel and Resort — Hotel in Luzon

On a very busy swim day we took the family and friends to the resort to swim. The feed are definitely more upscale. The pool setup and slides where nice and well staffed. They had trouble getting enough tired for the slide , but eventually did. I did not eat there but had a cafe latte. It was very bad. No flavor and super sweet. They added suger but never asked about it. My BIG issue occured as we left. We brought a few white beach towels and while leaving had them over the shoulder and some of us carried the in their hand. We walked out thru the gate into the parking area. Then the guard started yelling:"Excuse me, please bring our towels back". There where other people in the lot. I walked back to the guard and showed him my towel, which had our initials embroidered on it. If you want to be a high end facility you must learn not to embarrass people and accuse them publicly of stealing your towels. Shame on management, teach your staff on how to deal with...

Pool is nice because of the slides that the kids loved, THAT'S IT! But overall poor service & amenities. The rooms don't have refrigerator, no phone to communicate with the reception & to the restaurant, you have to go & walk all the way to the reception (almost always) whenever you need something from them. No counter in the bathrooms where we can put our toiletries. No extra blanket for the extra bed (which we paid). Food is definitely bad & pricey, I mean we don't mind paying if it's worth it. Also receptionists are not well knowledgeable about the whole resort's services. Only the housekeeping supervisor, Mr. Jerome(not sure if I got the correct name) is very helpful & attentive to guests (he's highly commendable). By the way we stayed in a...

We tried their day tour and I must say our family enjoyed the resort amenities. The slides are huge and not for the faint of heart. Resort resto is decent enough, my favorite is the fried chicken (although I'm unrealiable since I am a fan of anything chicken).
