PamAnilao and Padoy's Dive Camp — Hotel in Mabini

Strongly not recommended!!! One-star rating!!! No swimming pool!!! The air conditioning noise severely affects sleep, and the squeaking sound is very serious!!! No signal or wifi in the room, unable to do anything online!!! Unable to swim next to the hotel!!! Not only that, there are additional charges, and the price must be confirmed before check-in!!! These are not the worst; the worst is the extremely poor attitude of the front desk clerk Lea!!! Makes people feel extremely uncomfortable!!! She is the most important reason for me to write a negative review!!! When I was surprised that there was no signal in the room and asked her, guess what happened next? She just looked at me like I was an idiot and said "yes" without any apology, as if everything was taken for granted. No apology, no sorry, just a simple "yes." I was amazed at her attitude as a hotel staff and her unprofessionalism, even forgetting to ask her to help test whether the signal was normal. This is just a small matter I faced with her in the two days of staying. When she knew we didn't plan to dine at her hotel, her expression made me want to slap her. After other staff mistakenly guided us during check-in, her attitude in asking us for money was simply nauseating. It's clearly not our mistake, but she made us feel like beggars. Also, I booked five rooms at once, and I couldn't feel a bit of respect from her.Strongly urge the boss to dismiss her. I have already warned my other friends planning to visit Batangas not to stay...

This resort is good for diving buy also good a relax vacation although the location of this resort is a bit difficult to find it since there is no direct road to this resort, it's behind other houses with small road, so better to contact them for take your luggage and guide you how to be there, the good thing is their staffs are very friendly and all willing to provide good service. Stay here is really relax no matter for diving or just vacation, the resort is beach front so very convenient to enjoy the sea, here is not sand beach but rocks, the good thing is there are many fishes and corals even you just have snorkeling, you must amazing how beautiful the world under the sea, you can also have shore dive easily here, you can see many sea animals here such as fishes, turtles, rays, eels, shells…every time I dive here, I always amazed by what I saw. All staffs here are friendly with good services, they are happy to serve you as you need, I even ever left my toiletries in the room when I checked out, but when I visit this resort again, they return me my toiletries with well packing, this is really...

I strongly DO NOT recommend going here. We had an extremely terrible experience here for many reasons such as hitting my child in the head with the oxygen tank (and not apologizing, even the other person (padi)) said sorry on behalf on Padoy) and poor guiding services to my other kid while diving, as he was clearly signaling the up sign but not doing anything at all. he almost dropped my kid several almost touching the corals down below causing danger for both the kid and the environment/coral. He told us it’s a one on one for intro diving but they did 3:2. All my kids had complains after the dive they didn’t like the experience at all. And they were even charging as extra even thou we paid already for everything. He was also shouting at my child for not getting the instruction right away and shaking his tank while doing this.
