Beautiful place, terrible service 👎

We stayed at Loizas Pavilion and booked Suite Room 203 (P4,500 Room) last Sunday around 6 PM. Unfortunately, we had the worst service experience during our entire stay, primarily due to a waiter with a tattoo on his hand.

We went to their cafe beside the receiving area for dinner around 6:40 PM. The waiter told us we couldn't dine there and had to move to the poolside. Once there, we were advised to return to the cafe since their last order was at 7 PM. As it was already close to 7 PM, we decided to eat at Casablanca instead.

Upon returning to the hotel, we asked the front desk if it was still possible to order coffee from the cafe. The front desk staff said "Yes." However, when we went inside to order, the waiter with the tattoo claimed they were already closed at 9 PM. When he checked his phone and saw it was still 8 PM, he changed his statement to "we close at 8 PM." This contradicted the front desk lady who had said they closed at 9 PM.

The next day, we ordered coffee, waffles, and some juice. It took them almost 2 hours to serve the brewed coffee and waffles because the cafe staff were just chatting and forgot to forward our order to the kitchen!

The place is nice, but you seriously need to train your staff better if you're going to charge...
