the worst experience I just had in this hotel..we were visiting the site "Lantaw 360 °" and we were looking to visit Malabalay..I looked on Google the available hotels and I see that for this hotel the price displayed on agoda is 1845 php excluding tax without breakfast..I tell my partner to call to book..thing done we head to this hotel to take possession of our room..at the Office when paying we are told a price of 3200 PHP the same for 4 people.we arrived a little early and we had to pay 400 PHP additional charge because we arrived at 10 am...surprised by the price I ask the hostess why I paid 3200. PHP when I saw the price on Agoda at 1845 PHP...Do you know what the manager said to my friend? ...It's an attractive price on agoda to attract customers to our establishment". I regret not having booked online on the Agoda website because I would have paid the price indicated when I booked...we paid with gcash and we did not have a refund...just that the person at the reception told us that she would offer us free drinks as compensation if we put good comments...except that the morning of our departure she told us that this is not possible....bad attitude towards customers to solve my problem..I will not return to this establishment...oh yes, the bathroom is very small and the white walls have traces of mold..the floor is not non-slip..be careful...cold breakfast already prepared in advance...room surface area correct for the price...the floor lacked cleaning...thé heater work well..otherwise the...
Read morei booked an overnight stay here with my friends but our flight got cancelled due to typhoon dante and emong. I reached out to agoda and agoda advised us to contact the property the owner. When I called the owner, they said they couldn't do anything about it since the booking was made by third party. I was able to adjust the schedule of stay on my other booking accommodations except for this one. Those were all made via Agoda too.
I am rating 1 star for this since the property is not considerate for those travellers who were stranded on circumstances that they have no control over such as weather conditions.
Update Jul 31, 2025: Agoda reached out to me and informed me that the property is willing to do refund however they are still waiting for the formal letter from the property before they can facilitate the next steps. Please see image below for proof. I will not be taking down this review until I get my refund.
