A genuine luxury, boutique experience in Camiguin. The facilities, accommodation and location are all excellent. The food, staff and service really make this place stand out. ||FOOD: We’re normally adventurous and like to search for the undiscovered gems. We stayed here two nights and were more than happy to eat-in after days exploring. The variety of local, Indian and Korean dishes was great and everything we tried was excellent. ||STAFF AND SERVICE: We genuinely couldn’t fault the team who were attentive, without being overbearing. From the great cocktail shaking, to proper coffee making, the team were first class. In high-quality, the small details matter and we were effortlessly assisted with scooter hire (delivered 5 minutes later!), airport transfer (to rescue my lost luggage!) and a hot water reset after an island-wide power cut (literally a 30 second fix!). We also received a refreshing welcome spritz on arrival, with cold towel. ||FACILITIES: Great swim up pool bar, all ocean facing. If picking a room, would recommend the sea facing villas if waking up to the sound of the waves is your thing (we wish we had picked this option!)||The best place we have stayed in throughout the Philippines.||A couple of tiny improvements we would suggest - more wine options, particularly as the restaurant also attracts non-hotel residents.
