Take note of the Do’s and Don’ts please before visiting to avoid disappointments! I wont be listing them one by one so read them for your sanity’s sake lol.
Reviewing based on our experience.
This was our family’s 2nd time here. 1st was May 2022 (a sunday and there were a lot of guests on that day)
2nd was March 2023 (a friday and there were like not more than 15 group of guests there)
Both times were enjoyed greatly both by the kids and kids at heart.
Entrance: (1) there will most likely be a long queue at the entrance if you arrive late on a weekend or peak days (best to come as early as possible, also, it’ll be hard to look for accessible tables if you arrive late, adto na ka sa likod or layo na mga tables or worse, wala nay available table). They are also kinda strict in checking your bags and having to leave some food or drinks that aren’t allowed inside, you have to either put it back in your car or leave it sa entrance.
(2) walay linya at all didnt even check our bags na drtso2 rajud and smooth ang pag sulod namo
Comfort rooms/changing rooms: idk but they honestly have to make some changes on these or at least improve, CR is always wet even the counters to put your things onto, i hope if we visit again soon, theres something new… and there are no proper places to hang your clothes when changing, some doors are even hard to lock
Food and beverages they sell: VERY EXPENSIVE, but at least tasty (burgers, fries and pizza). But the drinks!? Gosh the drinks are very expensive, 180 pesos for 1.5L mountain dew.
Slides: very fun to use and they say its safe and so far no accidents have happened as per their staff
Staff (the guys sa slides): kind and accommodating
Manager: can be quite rude, he could’ve just talked to us calmly and nicely when we asked if we could still use the slides but he went rararararr lol
Anyway!!! The best baon to bring when you decide to come here is patience, good vibes and a heart of a kid!!! Just enjoy the place and time spent with who you are with instead of complaining the moment things go the other way :)) mind over matter lol
Also note: the extreme slides/wavepool are by schedule so take note of that as well if you want to try them out
Really… management could and should...
Read moreSafety health protocols were implemented and strict compliance is a must. They have all necessary equipment for the safety of the visitors.
Entrance road to the park is a little confusing since signages are not so visible from the distance, but the road is wide and light traffics. Open parking areas but also spacious and safe. Parking area is very near to the entrance of the Park.
Ticketing office has no shades that during hot summer days, you will get dried-out from standing in the line. It has 3 windows but during our visit, only 1 window is on service since we visit as early as 9am.
Rentals for tables and lockers are available, including swimming gears. No food allowed, very, very strict on bringing any types of food, including bottled water. You can only bring water if you have an infant that requires water for mixing with the milk, but if you don't have any baby, all must be left behind in the car. However, they have caterings and snacks inside which you can PRE-order via a bracelet that serves as your E-wallet. You can deposit any amount on the bracelet, with a 100 pesos deposit if incase you make your bracelet as a souvenir. Any amount not spend will be returned back once you returned the bracelet.
Rides are GREAT, you will enjoy each and every rides and slides you try. Most of all, my suggestion is to try THE RED BIG DROP(a free-falling release side). They also have artificial WAVE POOL, even littles kids as young as 4 y.o. can join the pool as long as adults in supervisions.
All equipments are of very new and...
Read morePros: Absolutely fun! Been there today. 3 extreme slides not available since typhoon tore some parts of it. Looking forward to that. If you want extreme slides they'll give it to you. Kiddie pool can be very exciting! Lots of slides to try. Upper deck tables are my favorite, no other customers just us. But the music is just too loud, I can't hear whatever my cousins talking about. Lucky we went there on a weekday. Super fun to your kiddos! You should try it. Lifeguards are at their most attentive state. Also very friendly. Keep up the good work! Spacious tables. Tidy place. Courteous employees.
Cons: •If you're planning to commute, taxi or rent-a-car/multicab. Saves time. •Corkages: Lechon - 500 , other foods you bring needs to be weighed. So bring extra money. •OUTSIDE WATER IS NOT ALLOWED. Huhuhu, available water inside is quite expensive. Drinks are in cans, also expensive. Hopefully you can alter some rules please. •Pool? Waters not really clear. Greenish in color. But still enjoyed it. •My pet peeve from this place, RFID. Since its cashless inside, if you want to purchase you need the blue RFID bracelet. So much hassle to me. •I hate to say this but one extreme slide should have a caution harness. Kindly scary whenever you got thrown on the other side of the pool.
Overall, I enjoyed it! Still giving a good remark. These are just some things I observed. I'm not there to check on things but to be free...
