Maramag Business Suites — Hotel in Maramag

I booked a room for 1 night stay here for work. I actually chose this hotel since it's new and to avoid crawling insects which old hotels have. I am a frequent traveller due to my line of work. Well, the room is spacious. The bed is big for 1 person and it's comfortable to sleep with. The smell of the room is good.The bathroom is also nice since it has hot and cold shower. The aircon is functioning well, no noise. The wifi is okay in the room but not downstairs. However, since the breakfast is free, they forgot to ask for my order the night before. So the next morning when i went down to eat, they were surprised that they actually forgot to prepare my breakfast. I ended up eating something which i don't like just to fill my empty stomach. Also, they ran out of tissue and they forgot to give me a toothbrush and a toothpaste. I only got a soap and a shampoo in the room. And i needed to clear things up in the front desk just to get my exact change since the previous attendant wrongfully wrote the amount of my change the other day.The management needs to train their staff on how to deal with their customers. After all, it is a business hotel. I was expecting their staff to be professionals with their dealings. By the way, the pork steak is delicious (i am talking about my dinner which i paid). I hope they can improve...

We stayed at a deluxe suite over the weekend in July 2024. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious.

They have free wifi for guests which was fast and stable.

The staff were friendly and accomodating as well.

The free breakfast was decent.
