First and foremost, despite arriving at 2 PM, we were not able to check in because the room was NOT YET CLEAN. This delay, after a long and tiring journey, was unacceptable and showed a lack of organization and preparedness from your team. WE WAITED 2 HOURS.
To make matters worse, our car was damaged while on your premises. Your staff initially promised to assist by reviewing CCTV footage to identify the responsible party, and we were told we would receive feedback within a week. However, after two weeks of waiting and numerous follow-ups, NO FOOTAGE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO US. Are your CCTV cameras even operational??? This demonstrates a shocking level of incompetence and raises serious concerns about guest safety at your resort.
The staff's attitude throughout this process was unhelpful and dismissive. There was no sense of urgency or accountability, leaving us feeling ignored and unsupported. This is far from the level of service expected from a resort that holds DOT accreditation.
The (lack of working) CCTV cameras and the overall unprofessional handling of the situation suggest a disregard for guest safety and compliance with basic standards. I strongly urge your management to address these glaring issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
