Extremely Disappointing Experience
Our recent stay at Hiraya Farm Resort was regrettably far below expectations, particularly given the rates charged for accommodations and services.
The most concerning issue was the condition of the room. The ceiling was actively leaking during our stay, which posed not only an inconvenience but also a safety and hygiene concern. Even more troubling was the visible presence of extensive mold on the ceiling—an issue that should have been addressed long before allowing any guests to occupy the room. Such an environment is not only unsightly but also a potential health hazard, particularly for individuals with respiratory sensitivities.
Equally disappointing was the service. While the staff were courteous, the response times were unacceptably slow, and the cost of food and amenities did not align with the quality delivered. For a resort positioned at a higher price point, we expected far better maintenance, service efficiency, and overall guest experience.

Ich hatte mir bei meiner Buchung scheinbar zuviel versprochen. Meinen Aufenthalt im Hiraya Farm and Resort in Gloria, Oriental Mindoro war ein wenig enttäuschend.
Gebucht hatte ich ein Deluxe Room von dem man auch einigermaßen Deluxe erwarten dürfte. Leider war das Zimmer wenig Deluxe. Das Bad sehr klein und ohne Spiegel. Im Zimmer selbst kaum Platz für 2 Leute, keinen Tisch im sondern nur ausserhalb des Zimmers. Dies wurde auf Nachfrage ergänzt. Ein Deckenstrahler der einem Flutlicht gleicht und keine Nachttischlampe. Auch diese nur auf Nachfrage. Wie sovieles in diesem Resort. Kommen wir zur Sauberkeit. Die Poolecke ist sehr sauber aber alles drum herum lässt dich sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auch gibt es dermaßen viele streunende Hunde, die ständig um einen herum betteln, dass die äußerst unangenehm ist. Hier sollte der Besitzer auf jeden Fall Abhilfe schaffen. Ruhezustand sind sehr schwer zu halten, da ständig irgendwelche Leute bis spät in die Nacht Party machen.
Auch in einem Resort, wie es sich nennt muss man sich erholen können.
Das Personal ist allzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, was aber leider an den anderen Kritikpunkten nichts verbessert.
Auch hatten wir einen Hausgast, ein Tier Namens "Tuko" quasi ein grosser Salamander der sich im Dach über uns befand und uns jede Nacht durch sein "Rufen" wachhielt. Auf unsere Bitte das Tier zu entfernen reagierte man nicht.
Es gab noch viel mehr auszusetzen will es aber dabei belassen.
Von 5 Sternen würde ich hier 2 Sterne geben. Einer davon für die Poollandschaft und einen für das Personal. Nochmal.würde ich allerdings nicht hier buchen. Schade eigentlich

Masyado yata akong nangako sa sarili ko noong nag-book ako. Medyo nakakadismaya ang pananatili ko sa Hiraya Farm and Resort sa Gloria, Oriental Mindoro. Nag-book ako ng deluxe room, na inaasahan mong medyo deluxe. Sa kasamaang palad, ang silid ay hindi masyadong deluxe. Napakaliit ng banyo at walang salamin. Sa mismong silid ay halos walang espasyo para sa 2 tao, walang mesa sa silid ngunit sa labas lamang. Ito ay idinagdag kapag hiniling. Isang ceiling spotlight na kahawig ng floodlight at hindi bedside lamp. Ito rin kapag hiniling. Tulad ng napakaraming bagay sa resort na ito. Ituloy natin ang kalinisan. Ang sulok ng pool ay napakalinis ngunit lahat ng bagay sa paligid nito ay nag-iiwan ng maraming naisin. Mayroon ding napakaraming ligaw na aso na patuloy na namamalimos sa paligid mo na ito ay lubhang hindi kanais-nais. Dapat talagang gumawa ng remedial action ang may-ari dito. Ang mga sleep mode ay napakahirap i-maintain dahil palaging may mga taong nagpa-party hanggang gabi. Kahit sa isang resort, kung tawagin, kailangan mong makapag-relax. Ang staff ay palaging matulungin at napaka-friendly, ngunit sa kasamaang-palad ay hindi nito nagpapabuti sa iba pang mga punto ng kritisismo. Mayroon din kaming panauhin sa bahay, isang hayop na tinatawag na "Tuko", isang malaking salamander na nasa bubong sa itaas namin at pinapanatiling gising kami tuwing gabi sa kanyang "pagtawag". Walang tugon sa aming kahilingan na alisin ang hayop. Marami pang dapat ireklamo pero hahayaan ko na lang. Sa 5 bituin, bibigyan ko ito ng 2 bituin. Isa sa kanila para sa pool area at isa para sa staff. Gayunpaman, hindi na ako muling magbu-book dito. Nakakahiya...

THIS PLACE IS SO AWESOME!!! I just saw it on Facebook before. But when I was invited by my employer for a celebration, I accepted it and went with them. That's when I saw how really beautiful the resort is. The atmosphere was so relaxing and unwinding. I had a very great time during my visit at this place. You can enjoy staying at the resort whether you are alone or much better if you are with your family and loved ones. The surroundings, especially the pools, are also clean and well-maintained. Hiraya Farm and Resort is one of the many places here in Oriental Mindoro that you don't wanna miss during your Regional Trip. Give the resort a try to prove this review. Godbless and stay safe.
