The staff were very nice and very accommodating, but there were too many dogs walking around the resort which makes you uncomfortable when you have a young child. They also were begging around the table for food. The bar wasn’t really a bar. It doesn’t have gin, tonic, and red wine. Well, the barman couldn’t get in the store to get it because someone took the key home. He couldn’t also get the key to the kitchen to get ice. Again, the staff were nice, but they need support from management to run a bar properly. We couldn’t lock the door to our apartment which is not good and there was only AC in the bedrooms. Building work was ongoing, but to start a 07:30 in the morning is not how you treat your customers. We understand they need to start work, but wait until 09:00 before starting to bang around the place. Read moreMy wife and I stayed here with our guides and had a great time at this beautiful resort. We stayed one night and had breakfast in the morning on the waterfront. Our favorite thing about this place was the views from the pool and the waterfront. This is a good place to stay with rooms for any budget. Breakfast was scheduled the night before and was on time, tasty, with friendly service. There are lots of things to do in the area.

For Services - the services of the staff is really good aside to the Taga pag mana ng resort Ms. MARIEL MAGANTE. Shout out sayo girl alam ko na sinusunod niyo lang ang rules and regulations ng resort pero konting consideration naman sana. Almost 4 days na kami nag check in sainyo sa konting consideration hindi niyo kami mapag bigyan. Hindi kayo marunong mag accommodate ng guest nyo.
For Rooms. - sana bago niyo i turn over sa guest niyo dapat nag dodouble, triple check kayo specially pag may kasamang mga kids. For our own experience merong alupihan na nagapang sa kama niyo pati yung aircon hindi manlang lumalamig kahig naka High-16.
Tips for good and better customer service. Be Accurate. Dapat sinasabi niyo yung inclusion ng room if available ba yung refrigerator, Tv, etc. hindi yung magugulat nalang kami nag check wala kayong ref sa isang unit.
Be kind. Maging mabuti kayo sa customer niyo, hindi kayo kikita kung hindi dahil sa customer.
Be considerate. Mag bigay kayo ng KONTING consideration sa mga customer niyo para i recommend kayo in the future.
