A Stellar Stay at Emerald Manor Hotel – A Home Away from Home! This was our second time staying at Emerald Manor Hotel in Crown Peak, Cubi Subic Bay, and we already know it won’t be our last! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made our stay truly exceptional. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, with the friendly and courteous front desk staff ensuring everything was in order. The team went above and beyond—helping my family and me with our belongings, giving us a tour of our room, and even explaining the amenities in detail. It’s those little things that make a big difference! It's like staying at home, but with a Five-Michelin star service! We booked the Queen Adjoining Room, and it was absolutely cozy, warmly lit, and perfect for relaxation. The entire place smelled fresh and inviting, setting the tone for a peaceful getaway. We also loved the thoughtful touches—unlimited coffee, refillable water upon request, and an ice machine available for convenience. One of the best parts? The location of our room was ideal! We stayed on the ground floor near the back exit, which was a shortcut to the swimming pool. This was a game-changer, especially with a 4-year-old who couldn’t wait to dive in! The pool was perfect for kids and the whole family, offering a great space to unwind and have fun. Another highlight of our stay was Cameron’s Snack Bar—the food was delicious and added to the overall amazing experience. Emerald Manor Hotel is truly a hidden gem, offering a peaceful retreat away from the city’s hustle and bustle. The exceptional service, cozy ambiance, and family-friendly amenities make it a place we will always return to. ⭐ Five stars all the way! ⭐

Budget hotel that did NOT disappoint! We found this budget-friendly hotel for 3,700 php ($65 USD) for a Queen bed with breakfast. Even less for a double bed. Minimalist room design that was very clean with ice cold AC and good strong wifi. Comfortable bed albeit on the firm side. The linens smelled fresh and clean. The pool area out back was awesome with palm trees for shade, plenty of tables, snack bar plus full size bar with cocktails. Their menu of foods was reasonably priced with good quality. The auto-coffee maker in the hallway was excellent for a good cup of coffee, latte or other selections. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices (menu not buffet). For $65 a night
great deal. There’s also a wonderful French restaurant 400 meters away called Indochine Subic with fantastic gourmet food at very reasonable prices. They even have options for massage, mani and pedi into the evening on site. A 60 minute massage was 680 php. Don’t miss this budget-friendly property in Subic Bay. Note: 10 minutes drive to town. It’s a bit off the beaten path. The exterior looks old and dated but the cleanliness and comfort are spot-on.

Clean, homey, and relaxing. The rooms have big cuts, so extra beds can be easily set up. They have board games that guests could borrow. The location, although a bit far from the center, is near our points of interest such as the Zoobic Safari and Ocean Adventute. It's also very quiet and peaceful, so that's a plus. Service is very good. The staff members are courteous, alert, and had a pleasant attitude towards work. They were warm and accommodating. They were alert and always ready to respond to guests' inquiries. Food is also great. There is a menu book in each room, which could be ordered for room service. However, the kitchen is only available up to 6 or 7pm (I forgot), so it could be challenging getting food after that time especially when it's raining. One can order through Grab though. They have a wonderful drinks dispenser where guests could get complimentary refreshments from, and I really loved this. A wonderful experience all in all.

We booked our stay at Emerald Manor via Klook, and the entire booking experience was seamless and hassle-free. The best part? We even got a discount!

Our stay was for two nights and three days during the Halloween season, and the hotel really embraced the festive spirit. They had a Halloween decoration contest, and the spooky dĂ©cor around the hotel was top-notch. They also hosted a trick-or-treat event by the pool area, complete with a live band – an amazing touch that made our pool time even more fun!

Checking in was a breeze, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. We booked a Double Queen room, which was spacious, fresh-smelling, and spotlessly clean. The two queen beds comfortably fit six people, though we added a single bed for extra comfort.

The room amenities were impressive: a hot and cold shower, free toiletries, including a bamboo toothbrush with a mini Colgate toothpaste, and a TV with Netflix and YouTube for entertainment. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. We also loved the coffee/hot Milo machine and complimentary cookies – the latte was definitely our favorite! For family time, there were even board games available, which added a nice touch to the stay.

The pool area was another highlight. It has a bar, and the margaritas were a hit – especially the frozen ones! The pool itself was large, featuring a slide, which we had a lot of fun with. Despite the rainy weather, the pool temperature was pleasant and not too cold. The only downside was that the pool is located at the back of the hotel, so there’s a bit of a walk from the front. It’s also shared with other Crown Peak hotels, but with the rain, we had it all to ourselves.

The hotel is in a private, secure area with guards controlling access, so it feels very safe. The location is secluded, with only Cameron’s Diner as a food option which also serves as the hotel’s breakfast venue. For the breakfast, each room only has 2 complimentary food stub regardless of the number of guest. You may claim and eat the breakfast at Cameron’s Diner located at the pool area or you can have it delivered in your room. If you want to order for the other guest, it cost ₱350.00 per meal. The Bulgogi Kimchi Fried Rice is our fave!

It’s a short 10-15 minute drive to Ocean Adventure and the main city area for shopping and dining. For outside food, GrabFood is an option, though you can only eat it inside your room. They’re thoughtful enough to provide a dining table upon request, and leftovers can be stored in the room’s fridge and reheated by the front desk.

Overall, Emerald Manor Hotel is superb and highly recommended. We loved our stay, and we’d definitely choose it again for our next...

All the staff at Emerald Manor Hotel by Crown Peak in Subic were attentive, courteous, and respectful. They made our stay comfortable from April 17 to 19. The unlimited coffee station is a nice service for customers. ||The location is calm and relaxing, far from the noisy and chaotic city center. However, you need a car to visit the place. ||Their restaurant's food is OK, but it is a nice outdoor setting. ||The downside of our stay was that we were accommodated in a room without a window, which they didn't inform us of during our booking because we booked directly by calling the hotel. It felt like we were in a submarine, cage, or prison cell. The walls are made of drywall gypsum board/hardiflex or plywood. Therefore, we can hear the noise in the hallway and other noisy customers; in fact, there were a lot of customers who thought they owned the place and made a lot of noise. The staff should have also addressed those disrespectful customers. For the 2 nights that we stayed, there were incidents of loud and noisy customers every night. I even called the front desk about this on our first night. ||Another downside is that all the staff are standing in the hallway around the coffee area and looking at customers when we are walking towards the reception. There is nothing wrong with this; it just made me uncomfortable. ||Those are the reasons for the...
