Forest View Leisure Residences — Hotel in Morong

Me and my family stayed here. Unit was nice, peaceful and quiet. AC units were running good. Kitchen is complete with utensils and stuff. The first shift staff we have encountered were very kind and accomodating.Although the second shift staff were disrespectful,unkind and not accomodating. We have encountered clogged toilet as soon we got there, we were supposed to leave our unit to go have dinner at 5:30pm but we have left our unit at 7:30pm. As the maintenace were fixing the toilet, we told him that we need to leave our unit and since all our bags and stuffs were already inside the unit we need him to get out in our unit. He even asked if were we in a hurry in an irritated way. Guests should be entitled to leave the unit whenever they want. Also the front desk lady during that night said that we cannot transfer anymore because there are any units left in also very irritated way. She does not know how to handle problems we even said the solution to her. In the end, the toilets were not fixed and we were transferred in to another unit with all that hassle...

During this peak season or Rainy Season my friends stayed at Forest View.||||First, we hesitate to spend our vacation here because of the negative comments we've read but we still insisted the motto "To see is to believe".||||Group of 8 people can accommodate the apartment. It is far different from the hotel so don't expect a hotel type of stay. It is an Apartment where you can cook bring your own food etc. It is like your home in Forest!||||I suggest that you must direct book with their Front Office they are friendly and accommodating, they give us discount and we can choose an apartment that we are requesting since we want lower unit. They also help us to explore in Subic, they are also giving discounts at all theme parks. We avail FUNTASTIC PARK that was enjoyed by my friends who are young at heart, a good and newest theme park we get 50% discount per head for all attraction included. ||||I highly recommend FOREST VIEW if you are going to Subic with your group of friends or family it is all worth the budget. ||We really enjoyed our STAY + VACATION...

We stayed for a night here. ||PRO: staff is accommodating, ambience of the whole area is good - it's very quite ( we actually had a goodnight's sleep here)||CON: in serious need of renovation, smells like insecticide when we enter ( we have to leave the front door open to make it safe for the kids), there are no toiletries (towels are there but we ask for soaps, etc. we were given a black garbage bag with 2 rolls of tissue paper, a pack of small soaps and 2 sachets of rejoice shampoo), there were no phone so you have to use your mobile to contact front desk, we were locked out on our way to check out and maintenance doesn't have their own tools||||CONCLUSION: I would have love to stay out here again if they can renovate their units and add phones for easier...
