Me and my wife were the only guests at that time, literally no other except the staff. It was my birthday and our wedding anniversary. I realized having the resort by yourselves is boring. Maybe we could have enjoyed more if the facilities are better. THE RESORT. - Beach front. Great beach view. - The 3-storey building design is modern and nice. - They got 4 swimming pools which are very accessible. Two of which are infinity pools and one has these glass walls were swimmers are visible from the open swimming pool at the ground level. - They have big restaurant dining area near the two swimming pools and facing the beach where the view is perfect as you enjoy your meal. OUR EXPERIENCE. Standard Room 2 was our "initial" room. - It has no intercom. - The smell is like an old house. - Cables hang out from the wall but there's no TV. - Only one side table. - The bathroom is very ordinary. Fixtures are flawed. - The shower heater has broken knob. - The bidet has this strange loud noise and you need to keep on pushing the lever many times for the water to spray out until your done. - Doormats are very ordinary as well. We were eventually transferred to the Standard Room 6 at the second level when they could not fix the shower heater. Kudos to Marie for offering this room and for being very accomodating. - The view is good now. Beach view. - The room is bigger, smells and feels better. - Good A/C. - Bathroom fixtures still flawed though. - The door knob key hole has signs of tampering but not during our stay. Since there's no intercom, we walk to the front desk for some concerns but the receptionist is hard to locate. We never had a chance to dip into any of the swimming pools because they were left uncleaned. MY COMMENTS. Regardless how few or many the guests are, regardless the season are, the services and facilities must be consistent because the amount paid are still the same. Maintenance may be scheduled during off-peak season, but one swimming pool must be provided for even the fewest guests to enjoy and complete the stay. THERE'S ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT.

Stayed 3D2N on a peak season ā–ŖļøŽIt's the coziest place to stay in that particular area in Morong (however, you might find more if you go farther). Room 201 has the best view and you'll have a piece of an infinity pool right at your doorstep (which is shared to a limited resort guests) ā–ŖļøŽIt's good that the resort has lots of infinity pools to choose from, especially during peak days ā–ŖļøŽI appreciate that the beach is not rocky, and has a fine sand. You can ocassionally see a school of small fish even at the shore. Sand is gray though (not white), but it doesn't matter ā–ŖļøŽHowever, rooms are quite PRICEY. I paid P12,000++ per night for an executive room for 5pax due to their peak season rate. The mini ref is quite dated (might need more freon). No hangers. Towels are to be requested ā–ŖļøŽAND PLEASE, the resort must invest on a bedframe. Because paying an additional P1250 per night for a mattress (they call it extra bed) is quite unfair. I've been to other resorts and when they charge that big, the mattress usually comes with a bedframe. An extra mattress usually costs around P500 to other resorts of the same level. ā–ŖļøŽThe plated breakfast is mediocre (the food stub says that it's a breakfast buffet, but it's a single serving of longsilog). The food in their restaurant is OK, and portions seems just right for the price. Biscuits, water and chips are allowed, but I believe they charge corkage to other food items so better clear it first ā–ŖļøŽThe booking staff doesn't reply much (they don't frequently answer calls, too). But just try and try until you succeed. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay there because of the beach and the view in our room

the rooms are clean and smells good tho we wanted to transfer into a room that is not adjascent to another room as the room we were given have no lock and of course we didn't like that. we were transferred next to a gigantic generator that isn't so nice lol. so we kept on waking up as the noise is too much cuz room isn't sound proof. The staff is too noisy repairing something outside our door and it made me ask them nicely to keep it down 3x šŸ˜‚ the food menu is so few to choose from. Sisig isn't what i am expecting tho it tastes nice. Spicy Chicken is submerged in too much sauce which i prefer to be a lil thicker tbut tastes fine. The breakfast is so ordinary and i didn't enjoy much as they serve food on a plastic plate like those of the tapsilogan on the streets. The reservation i got is from Agoda and gave me a good deal so not so bad. Their restau is located right next to the beach that made the sunset view fantastic. their beer is cheaper compared to White Corals so i had lots lol. We had a snorkeling experience for 2500 on a solo trip tho it's for 10 persons but we prefer to have the boat for me and my friend. overall experience with the hotel is not really nice due to the noise and the room and the shower have no heater and doesn't work properly but the activities we had outdoors are superb.

We booked our premiere room for 3D2N and the rate is not cheap. So, we were expecting for a premium service, quality rooms, and serene place. We were very disappointed when we arrived at the place.|Here are the reasons why: ||Our Premiere Room has no window but a big rectagular hole patched with plywood and covered with cheap curtain. ||There was no tv but there was a cable line and a tv bracket. So whats the point of putting it there and not include the tv? No ref in the room too! For the room price, other resorts can offer theirs with tv and ref, at the very least. ||The room is good for 4 pax but the towels and other toiletries are not enough for 4 pax. There was no cabinet to hang your clothes when somebody was staying for longer days. No hanger. No space to hang your wet clothes after dipping in the pool or beach. ||Since we rented 4 rooms ( 4 Premiere rooms and 1 Executive Suite), all of them also experienced here and there problems such as toilet flush not working, poor ventilation, heater not working etc. ||Beds are not totally clean. There are grains of sand under the pillows. ||Kitchen area is not a good place to walk on by going to the parking area. There are dripping water from the edge of kitchenĀ  roof and there are garbage stench just outside the kitchen door. Their sink in the common kitchen area had maggots!! A lot of maggots!!Ā  We reported it to the crew and they were not even surprised. They said that they will just clean it. The sink pipe has leaks too.. as a work around, they placed a pale under the sink instead. The kitchen is gross.. no wonder why the place has a lot of flies. ||On my count, there are 6 pools that you can swim on but I only notice 3 pools that are clean, the rest are green water or there are black sands on the bottom. ||Food, i think its overpriced for something that it doesn't look special. It just look like an ordinary dish to us. ||The water activities they can offer are the banana boat, snorkling, and beach hop. ||My bottomline here is that if you markup your rate too high, services and maintenance should be at their utmost upkeeping. If you cannot give that kind of service, you should lower down your markup. Check other resorts instead of Miami Heat. Not...

For 28k worth of 4D3N stay | New Executive room.||Cons||1. The room assigned to us is not worth it's price.||2. No tv||3. No fridge||4. No wifi inside our room. We can only access wifi when we are in their restaurant but very slow.||5. ||6. Aircon is too cold at night. They only provided very thin blankets and we can't even control the aircon as they have removed the control knob and it is located high up the wall. Just bring your own thick blanket or pajamas.||7. No complementary water.||8. Their closet has no hanging rod. So bring your own hanger and hanging thread for your wet and dry clothes. The one in the toilet is only good for 1-2 person's wet clothes.||9. Low water pressure and smelly (shower,bidet,faucet)||10. Not enough parking so better arrive early.||11. No safety box.||12. No telephone to call customer service.||13. Their mattresses still has plastic covering. We were very uncomfortable.||14. Hospital / motel feels yung mga bedsheets/blanket||15. Their toilet has no garbage bin.||16. The coffee they serve tastes bland.||17. I paid so much that they can't even give us extra rice for breakfast. Served same breakfast for 2 consecutive days. My son asked for extra fried rice but rejected by staff. (one egg, dilis, sinabawang corned beef😃, small skinless longanisa, 1 cup fried rice). extra head will pay 1k for breakfast and extra bed šŸ˜‚||However, here are the pros.||1. Delicious food at reasonable price.||2. pools, has no strong chlorine. Although its dirty.||3. Kind and accommodating staff.||i will not recommend this place. we’re suppose to stay 4nights and 3days but decided to cut our family vacation short. Better to spend your hard earned money somewhere yung hindi puro profit ang...
