Casablanca Hotel Condominium Resort Bar & Restaurant — Hotel in Olongapo

WORST PLACE TO STAY IN SUBIC. We booked a 2 bedroom unit for 4D3N. The space & beds are enough for a family of 6 but they don't provide basic things you will need for a comfortable stay. The aircon is not enough to cool the whole place. We have kids so we always travel with a portable fan in cases like this because they will not be able to sleep well if the place is not well cooled. We also brought an air purifier, which I think is essential nowadays. I was told upon checkout that I have to pay a certain fee per day per equipment that I brought in. I was completely unaware but they said it was part of the paper I signed upon check-in, which has a looooot of things no one would actually bother to read after long tiring trip. There are lots of hidden charges & they won't go through it with you. They also don't have a microwave oven or even a simple water kettle. We had to use an electric stove, which takes forever to heat up. I would have brought my own but then I would have to pay a daily rate again. I was really furious at the reception upon check out because these are basic things they should have provided to make sure their guests are comfortable. I didn't complain for the lack of basic amenities in the room but for them to charge us for bringing our own things that they should have provided in the first place is totally a RIP OFF. All these on top of the stressful check out process because I thought all the charges have been settled when I booked online & they surprised me with all the hidden fees just when I was about to leave....

We stayed here overnight. We availed condo supreme room, 2 bedrooms with Queen Sized bed, in the 1st floor and the 2nd floor then there's a sofa bed in the sala and extra foldable bed upstair which I think we are fit in the said room. |Capacity of the room is 6 maximum of 7 as per the hotel policy.||We arrived total of 10 pax. 3 kids then 7 adults. We are willing to pay charge for extra person but as per the frontdesk staff we have to avail another room because they are not allowed all of us to stay in 1 condo supreme they suggested that we have to avail another room with 1 bedroom. Good thing they gave a discount but for us It was a kinda bad experience because we want to stay in 1 unit unfortunately they assigned us in the 2nd floor and 3rd floor, since there's no available room as per the receptionist.|Kinda disappointed but its okay. ||My 8 years old daughter and 11 years old nephew are counted as adult.||Anyway, its our 3rd time at Casablanca last checked in was 2012 the rooms and pool area are the same as before. Except from their restaurant, renovated with nice ambiance. Food was so delicious! Highspeed wifi connection. ||I noticed that they are accepting day swimming because before we leave the hotel there's a lot of guests in the pool it was like a public...

I keep coming back to this place. There are many hotels to choose from in Subic, but this one suits me perfect for business and relaxation in between. The staff and admin, has been exceptional year by year. The rooms give you a very nice feeling of home and relaxation more the staying at ordinary hotels. I like the atmosphere at Casablanca. A bit like home and relaxed, but service and welcoming feeling. Nice to sit out by the pool in the court yard or even in the tower, enjoy nice internet connection or good company. Restaurant and menu is average, but nice and fresh. You don't feel any stress or crowd feeling with corridors as in other hotels, but really open free spaces of Casablanca is the winner. A safe choice, and very reasonable price levels. So if your looking for fancy five star hotel feeling and dining, this is not your place. But a very honest, safe, clean and relaxing atmosphere this is your best choice. I will always come back here!
