We'd like to start this review by saying thank you to the owners/hosts - Stefan and Michelle! They were very accommodating and hospitable - we very much enjoyed our stay and felt taken cared for during our 2 nights.
We were comimg from Puerto Princesa and drove for approximately 4 hours. We already knew we were coming in late for our check-in time and Paruparong Bughaw emailed us to confirm (good communication!). They even asked us if we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. We arrived late (around 9pm), but they were still up and waiting for us. Thank you! And, our dinner was quickly served! We had a very delicious beef stew. The meat was cooked to perfection and the added paruparong bughaw flower to the meal was a great touch!
After dinner, we went back to our room and very much loved the cleanliness of everything! The decors of the room was well thought-out and matched the relaxing vibe of the ecofarm. We had a cute open space right outside our room with a view of the farm. We quickly decided we'll stay for another night to enjoy the relaxing ambience of the ecofarm.
The next day, we had an omelette crepe for breakfast. It was amazing! We loved the homemade crepe with their style of seeds cooked with it. It was the perfect meal for our Tabon Cave tour for that day. The ecofarm is near the National Museum of the Philippines - Tabon Cave Complex. It didn't take us long to get there.
After our tour, we went back to the ecofarm and relaxed the whole day! It was the perfect place for a little R&R after long drives and cave tours. The cute open space near our room was out to very good use. We just sat on the chairs, put up our feet, and enjoyed the view - and had some snacks too! They also checked in on us to see if we wanted to have dinner - ofcourse! We had the seafood paella - it was absolutely delicious! We finished the whole serving. Everything was cooked to perfection and very tummy-filling.
We had a quick tour of the place during the next day - they had an apartment at the 2nd floor that'd be perfect for families. They mentioned they also have their private beach - which guests can access through their own boat. Guests can also enjoy having their meals in that area.
We didn't have much time during our stay since we had other plans, but we'll definitely go back to experience their private beach next time.
Thank you very much for a wonderful experience, Paruparong Bughaw! We'll be...

Read moreGreat place, hosts and food! We stayed here for almost a week and had an amazing experience. The rooms are really cozy, well equipped and in the middle of the stunning Palawan nature.
The hosts (Michelle & Stephan) have a lovely farm here with pigs, chicken, goats as well as cats and dogs! Michelle is a great cook and you'll enjoy delicious meals every day!
Also, they brought us to their beach stretch a couple of car-minutes away from their property where you'll find a pristine beach stretch to enjoy. For the island hopper friends, they offer tours to nearby islands (again, no other tourists) and sand banks. Stunning.
If you appreciate being off the beaten track, this place is your...
