D’ Affordable Quarters — Hotel in Panay

The owner, Sir Darryl, is incredibly responsive and accommodating. We initially requested an airport pickup at 8 PM for a small fee, and he immediately agreed. When our flight arrived earlier than expected, we asked if he could pick us up sooner, and within minutes, he was there. He was very kind and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything.

The place itself is fantastic, we’ve stayed here twice already. The rooms are spotless and comparable to hotel standards. They are equipped with a mini fridge, cold aircon, water heater, smart TV, hot shower, free Wi-Fi, and a spacious, comfortable bathroom, which is my personal favorite feature. The bed is also very cozy. As a thoughtful touch, they provide two complimentary bottled waters, along with free coffee sticks or tea for guests.

The best part is the location, it’s just 5 minutes from the airport and conveniently situated right beside the road, making it extremely accessible.

All of this comes at a very affordable price. Thank you so much, Sir Darryl! I can’t wait to return in a few months...

Expect to be disrespected by the rude owner. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE 🤬

I was offered to stay in their standard studio type room instead of the Apartment I original booked at Affordable Hostel for the same price.

On the day of my booking I called the number of the owner to politely ask if they have the same amenities(including a rice cooker) there as the apartment I originally booked have, BUT instead of answering the old lady who claims to be the owner very rudely asked back shouting "WHY ASK, ARE YOU STAYING FOR A MONTH? A YEAR?" After 10 mins of the worst customer service, I asked to cancel, then she hanged up.

-Why be rude when a customer is politely asking??? The question was answerable by a Yes or No. You shouldn't be handling customer calls if you don't like...

This place is amazing. A luxury within budget. I love the fact that it is clean, new and comfortable. The amenities are very useful and within high standards. Security and safety is well thought by the owner. Even if there is no curfew and the guests are allowed to come and go anytime, we didn't worry because the place and rooms are well secured. The owner is very responsive to queries and accomodates well our requests. The staff are also kind and friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay while in Santa Barbara or near Iloilo Aiport, I highly recommend this place. 5 out of 5 ratings for me. Good Job D' Affordable Quarters. 👍 Til' the next...
