Rooms ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clean, spacious, relaxing and quiet. Water heater, mugs, instant coffee, 1L bottled waters, towels, tissue paper are generously provided. Rooms can also be made up anytime. T/B is immaculate. They have a bidet, hot and cold shower, hair dryer, large vanity mirror and sink.
Lounge area ⭐⭐⭐⭐ To me it is like a small indoor garden, very aesthetic. If you're into the Gram, you can get some amazing shots here. Internet connection is stronger here also (gets weaker inside the room). Pool area is still under construction.
Staff and customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ultimately friendly and genuinely considerate. The manager arranged additional rooms upon our request despite being fully booked (in the booking app). Manager also went an extra mile to arrange this personally despite being on his rest day. The cleaning staff are honest (our laptops and money we left in the room were intact when we went back after room was cleaned). Boholano hospitality at its finest. All their staff are well-trained and excellently accommodating.
Airport Transpo ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We didn't have difficulty with transportation because the hotel staff recommended Kuya Ondong who owns a 5-seater tricycle. He himself is very accommodating and friendly. You can have him drive you to the airport for Php150 only (exclusive ride, you will have the whole tricycle for yourself). Of course, you can also go to other places (i.e., Alona beach) but the fare might slightly increase depending on the distance.
Laundry shop ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They have an in-house laundry shop. Very convenient for backpackers or for just any immediate laundry needs. Service rate for washer is Php85 only, and for dryer is also Php85. In just an hour my clothes were clean again.
Cafe and food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was very surprised of the beautifully plated meals. The taste is on point and the portion size is above average. One of the best food options I should say in Panglao and Tagbilaran City. Presentation is very classy and above your average cafe restos. And guess what, the price range is only from Php170 to Php300 - another shocking thing about their cafe since it's very budget friendly yet you get the taste of luxury.
This place is still very underrated. I hope more locals and tourists discover this place. This is also very near the Panglao...
Read moreThe location is really quiet, ideal for people who like to enjoy this kind of ambience and away from the busy streets of Alona. The food was delicious, especially their carbonara. Has a laundry service and supplies to buy when you need something (toiletries, noodles, etc.). We really enjoyed the pool because it was only me and my boyfriend and we saw a cat just chilling but ran away when I was too near to take a picture (sorry catto :’)) the room is nice but had difficulty in operating the cool setting of the air conditioner as it’s an old model and their bathroom is nice as well with functional water thermal showering. Nice smart TV to watch netflix and youtube and have water bottles also for our accommodation. There’s a vintage lamp near the tv to turn on when you need ambience lighting to get better sleep or soft lighting (forgot to take a photo :p). Overall, very nice...
Read moreWe spent 2 weeks here and it was absolutely worth it! The price per night is really affordable, the rooms are very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A highlight was definitely the restaurant, it exceeded our expectations! The food was so good, you have to try it! Good thing is you can buy food and water in the lobby and they take care of your laundry as well. We rented a scooter for the two weeks and it was one of the best decisions ever. We were by the beach within 5 minutes and we could explore the island to it's fullest. I definitely recommend this place, if you want a bit of luxury but don't want to spend hundreds of...
