Jen's Paranaque City Apartment — Hotel in Parañaque

Disappointed and will rate negative and don't waste your money staying in this apartment. Booked 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights, non- smoking room. Got the room separate (studio type). 1 room- non smoking and 1 room u cannot imagine cigarette smells all over the room ever u can smell from the curtain and bedsheets. AC from the other room was not cooling even to the highest level. Bathroom disaster, prepare urself to adjust, bedit to open from the connection before u can use it. And make sure to close it from the connection otherwise u will have swimming pool inside the bathroom. Sink was dancing every usage. Pullout bed and even the bed another worst experience (too old and very bad condition already). Door to balcony adjust urself also. All over experience was too bad 😔😔😔. Definitely will not come back in...

This was a perfect little condo. It wasn't anything fancy. But this place was super clean. It came with everything u needed. A full kitchen and rice cooker. It had a great wifi connection. The TV even had a few USA channels. It's in a great location. A very beautiful clean and active part of town. Safe and close to everything you need. There's even a gate with guards at the entrance of the condos really making u feel comfortable and safe. I'd definitely stay here again. To be honest, I could live very comfortably in a place like this. It's hot out here, and the Ac in the room was amazing. If it had a pool or maybe slightly bigger condos, I'd give it a 5 star review. Room was good but not good enough. The host was not accommodating and did not respond to my concerns until the day of my check out. She left me on read for 5 days which i find disrespectful. After checking out, i messaged her again askong if they found a small bag with my stuff inside and again she lefte on read up to this day. So i will not recommend this place.
