Read moreUpon checking in, I was told I have to pay entrance fee even though we still have available credits due to rebooking our schedule. The receptionist was well aware that we still have credits and didn't acknowledged it until I called my siblings who are already inside.
The wave pool has cat poop and they didn't even bother to remove it even after they started the waves on wave pool. The staff said the wave pool operates from 3PM to 4PM but only operated for 15 minutes then no more. The large pool is dirty and mossy. The floor in the pool itself is slippery as well due to moss building up. The staff claims the machine for the wave pool has no charge and they have to get battery frist somewhere else 🤷🏼♂️
