The best part of my stay here was the use of the hotel pool; it has 4 different sections with 1 section coming from a hotspring (if I am not mistaken, it was constantly warm compared to the other sections). They stopped developing a hotspring facility beside and part of the hotel after the pandemic struck, so you can see it over the fence looking unfinished. Richard and Athena from reception and Samantha from F&B were great, shout out to them. However, the hotel is a bit far from any establishments/restos (you're limited to their in-house resto); nearest outside resto was Vietville (another Palawan landmark), which is too far a walk if the weather is punishingly humid. There's a nearby developed public hotspring resort (5 minute walk) but I didn't try it. Difficult to wait for a trike/puv's/multicab if you wanted to go anywhere, very few passes by; your choice is to use the only hotel van they have. P150 one way to Vietville, triple/quadruple if you wanted to go to the CBD. I asked for a high corner room but was placed near the lobby area instead, facing the highway, aircon was weak (Rm 208), the single soap was miniscule, tho they have a bathgel but no washcloth; on a positive note, there's a bath tub, toilet with bidet. Breakfast was plated. The hotel was clean and very quiet except if you're near the lobby. If you're staying here for a day or two, and only as a base before going to the different island tour, it should be okay. Otherwise, buy a dinner takeout prior to arriving after your tour because there's nowhere to eat except at their resto right after the reception area lobby. I tried their lechon kawali and shrimp salad ( they were good!). Happy app delivery (local Palawan counterpart of grab/food panda) I can't bother to download. Oh, I shelled out P600 for a private taxi from PP International Airport to this hotel. So plan ahead of time if you need to save on your transpo budget.

The hotel is modern and new. If you like spacious pool area, relaxing atmosphere then this is a place for you. We stayed here for 3 nights before going to El Nido, we enjoyed our time at the pool, enjoyed our view from the room. We manage to relaxed as the hotel offers peace and quiet. The staff are helpfull, friendly and polite. They helped us arranged our ride from Puerto Princesa to El Nido (took 4 hrs only and we were expecting 5-6 hrs) Thanks for that ! They even packed our breakfast for the ride as our driver came earlier than expected. From the hotel, we walked directly to Honda Bay, here you can buy your own boat trip shared or not cheaper than what they are selling other places. (We are the type that do things on our own so we dont mind it) From the hotel, the closest restaurant and I would say one of the best I have tried in Puerto Princesa is Viet Ville Restaurant ( a vietnamese restaurant and it is affordable) . You can walk your way there or take a tricycle. It is a must visit restaurant and very cozy in the evening. If you dont mind walking in the area you can find the nearest Filipino bakeshop and it is also highly recommended. This bakeshop is just on the opposite side of the road from the hotel. If you like to explore the local area, this location is not that bad. We did not have our own service vehicle during our stay in Puerto Princesa but we manage to survive and discovered some undiscovered places. During our lazy time, we also tried Food panda (food delivery app), it offers 2 choices of restaurant and you must order on the not so bc hours.

The room is clean. Pool water is a bit dirty tho but it’s nice view outside. They serve a variety of breakfast with rice meal. They have Tapa, Danggit, Bangus, Tocino, etc. If you’re looking for a peaceful place away from the city you will love this hotel. The only problem is the transportation going to the city for ATM, grocery and restaurant. Altho they cook meals for you, they have limited menu. But would definitely recommend this hotel in Puerto Princesa.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, it's a little far from many of the main attractions and doesn't offer many activities, but if you are a traveler who still requires good wifi connection and a quiet relaxing place to get some work done and chill, this is the place for you. The staff are quite nice and extremely attentive to your needs. They do their best to provide information and services that you need. The tours offered are also pretty nice. They are also close to the wharf, where you can go to book a Honda Island tour....or you can book with the hotel. Food options are...
