Kiao Beach Palawan — Hotel in Puerto Princesa

Staying at Kiao Beach was such a wonderful experience. The staff and owner are genuinely warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the start. The food is healthy and delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients from their farm. The air is so refreshing, with the sea breeze adding to the peaceful and relaxing vibe. The beachfront is stunning, beautifully clean with amazing views of the ocean. The pillows, bed, towels and blankets were all of excellent quality, ensuring a very comfortable stay.

Even though only Globe has a weak signal there, you can still use its data as support for communication. The Owner really made every effort to provide all the essentials for a pleasant visit, and they are even preparing to add WiFi and solar power soon. Don't swim here or at least be aware and take all neccessary precautions, as the ocean can be hazardous here, and there are no signs to warn you.

Do not swim alone!

Have one at the beach looking after you, who has flippers/life ring.

I got caught in a tide here and almost didn't make it. Locals told me two tourists drowned here a few months before my incident -still there are no warning signs.

Its a fantastic place, but very desolated, very few people, so please be aware.

Kiao beach is such a beautiful place to stay and be in contact with nature. If you're looking for a place where to be off the grid, learn about nature, tribes, rituals and have your own peace, this is the perfect place. We've stayed here many times. We always come back because of their nice vibes. Their food is delicious, all comes from their own farm.
