An absolute paradise!! Our fav spot in our Palawan 8 day long adventure. We ended up extending our stay after our first night and could have easily stayed a couple weeks.
Organised for us upon booking our accomodation, we were picked up from the airport and dropped by James (Nagtabon Travel and Tours) which was seamless and involved a short walk along the beach to arrive (which James helped with our gear).
We had the beach front room which felt like a dream. Ocean breeze, sound of the waves, mosquito nets (although not really needed with the breeze), lots of space, a balcony for morning practice 🙏🏼 super clean and tidy.
We surfed with the locals. Relaxed and walked the beach. Swam multiple times a day.
Supplied by Bonnie and her incredible crew we ate the most glorious food at Playa Paraiso, cooked for us breakfast, lunch and dinner. We needent go elsewhere because it’s so tasty but we tried food from the local surf school and that was also tasty, and could eat in a beanbag on the beach. We had fresh coconuts and mango /pineapple / papaya most mornings.
Bonnie is so kind, generous and genuine. And her crew are such a great team. We loved Lanis singing as she cooked, Matt’s generosity of time and help (and curry’s!) and oops forgotten the other lovely’s name but their support and kindness.
A dreamy adventure we’ll never forget! Miss this place and the people already. Away from crowds and tourists, you’re hanging with the locals which is such a blessing and a gift in...
Read moreThis place is pure magic. Paradise! It feels like home to me. The family is so lovely and always there to help you. You can eat delicious meals cooked by them or use the kitchen to cook for yourself. They have French press coffee, an extremely yummie pina colada (ask boni 😉) and red horses for your beer needs! The kitchen has very good and fast WIFI which also reaches the beach. The cottage are perfect and clean. Good beds, cute lights, usb ports in the room and you have your own shower and toilet. A short walk to your own (almost private) beach. Very clean, nice white sand with a surfboard rental next door for the surfers among us. Bring a bottle of gin and have fun in the evening with some music, or glaze at the stars. This property just has it all! Just make sure you get cash pesos from the ATM in Puerto Princessa 👍🏼. Thank you Christian and Boni for a perfect time 💖. Will be back...
Read moreStunning location just 40 min drive from the airport. The huts are nice and tidy but get infested with ants. Big minus point for us was that we could not get any food both nights. We arrived and found a sign saying to order before 7pm. We tried to order around 5pm and got told that there is no food available for us (the other guests got food). Unfortunatly the only other food place closes at 5pm so we had to settle for some noodles we bought in a store. We therefore asked immediatly to get food for the next evening. The next day around 5pm we asked what they will serve for dinner today and got told that we wont get food again. On the bright side the breakfast is good and they always...
